o_o I don't know whether if anyone is aware of the quests going on right now.. but if you have participated in the past Gaian events, you'll remember the Von Helson Sisters. In the GCD, everyone has been talking about their return as vampires, ever since Gambino dropped his skyscraper tower onto Durem's Von Helson Sisters' mansion. With Halloween coming in a few months, and Von Helson Sisters showing their faces again, scarred as they may, I'm speculating that this year, we'll become vampires for Halloween.
So.. yeah. Arises the question, what are vampires? I say they're undeads, as the process of their fang piercing the skin of a humans draws forth a mortal death, but provided they're not.. drained terribly of blood.. or anything like that, they can arise as a new vampire, thus somewhat making them an undead. But Neo thinks that they're subhuman, where they just become a vampire, skipping the death part, thus.. not really dying and coming back alive to become an undead.
Leave your comments about vampires.. and what you think of this.. both Gaian Event, and what you think they are and stuff. o_o'

Why is one sister badly bruised and stitched, while the other is unhindered? My speculation is Marie took the impacted of the falling debris, taking her own life. Anna survived and eventually found some means on reviving her remains. I know some of you guys would shoot me down, but my memory of the ball is my best evidence. If someone could provided some sources, that would be nice. Quoted from me. I'm not going to jump the gun on any vampire assumptions yet, though it's very possible.

I say they are Subhuman.
Vampires never died during transformation, they got bitten and eventually grow their fangs.
Kind of like STDs.

Undead. Aren't they weak against the cross, which resembles, and usually a holy object, which most undead monsters are weak against?

What is the difference between Dracula and Vampire? Dracula is a vampire that made Death his b***h and settled inside a living castle called Castlevania to pop up every hundred years or so to ******** with some Belmont - or his son.

I suppose vampires could be sexy.. Don't know anything about their shadows being another creature though.. They have fangs and suck human blood, can't stay in sunlight or they disintegrate or something, and are also weakened by garlic as well as the cross as previously mentioned.
... Some can turn into bats.. ? Vampires also don't have a reflection in the mirror. That's all I know. D=
.. Also, Dracula is just a famous vampire. Whether it be from movies or games or.. whatever. ._.;

@ Ephemeral_Dream: I'd say daemons are more like gods or demi-gods as opposed to demons. That's just me, though. I think daemon is like old Latin for god. Or something.
And traditionally vampires are undead. Most of the time, though, I don't like to think of them as such; maybe more subhuman, like you said. One big walking STD, like Imperial said. There's so many interpretations, I doubt I could ever really make up my mind.
And what Gaian event? o_o? I thought they were just a "random" quest. I'm never wasting my money on those damned leeches again, though~
