Quick question for the group.
Do you consider Havdallah to be done with a group, or can it be done as a solo act?
I do it as a solo act, A) because I'm the only one in my family who does Havdallah, and B) it's less stressful doing it alone, I don't have to listen to my mother k'vetch about wax falling everywhere.
But I do remember, from back in the day, how much more I enjoyed it when there was a large group of people around watching.
oh and with the boards permission, I would like to post the complete Havdallah service, transliterated for the hebrew impared. Should I post it here? or in Info?

I prefer making havdalah with my family, and any guests I've had over for the evening, but I do it alone if I'm alone for some other reason. Everything's more enjoyable with others, I've found, but sometimes there's a lot to be said for some one-on-one time with Hashem.
There shouldn't be a problem with posting the complete service, but be careful not to post the Hebrew name for Hashem. Just write or YY instead if you're transliterating, and if you're copying and pasting the Hebrew, leave out that name. Someone might print it out and then come to destroy it or toss it into the garbage without thinking, and it's not really what you want happening to the name.
Would you need assistance with the transliterations? I've got the Ashkenazi and the Sephardi on hand, if you like. The transliterations/pronunciations are different, and also I believe there are some differences in the service itself.
