I've heard that a new shipment has arrived at a store in Barton, but I can't get the items myself -- my every move is being watched. There may be some expense involved, but please trust me that this is a noble cause. Edmund Have you found the items I requested? I need cloves of garlic and black orchids, though I can't say why.  Von Helson Sisters You might not remember us, but we used to be a pretty big deal around here. We were the hottest socialites on Gaia, until that sleazy old fool Johnny Gambino knocked down our beautiful house with us inside. We nearly died!
What kind of a monster would try to kill a couple of sweet, innocent girls like us? We recovered from our gruesome injuries, but now we're homeless and alone. We're scared that that evil, ugly, horrible man might try to hurt us again. You wouldn't let him hurt us, would you?
If you want to help a couple of helpless girls get back on their feet, come talk to us. We'd just love it if you could help us. Pretty please?

Theories that I have seen around forums:
Edmund is either a werewolf or he is going to fight vampires or both.
arrow Someone made mention to the Werewolves in London movie about the botanist talking about a dark orchid that had similar properties to Wolfsbane.
arrow He asks for garlic..Vampires are "allergic" to garlic.
The Sisters are Vampires
arrow They 'nearly' died in the explosion? I think they did.
arrow Out for a 'bite'? A bit suspicious, don't you think?
What becomes of the brooches? New Skins of course!
arrow Equip the Blood Brooch, become Vampire.
arrow Equip the Orchid Brooch, become either Werewolf, or become normal again.
Alternate (and funny) Theory:
The Sisters are the 'Von Hookers' and Edmund is trying to snag a date with them.
arrow Orchid is flowers for the girls.
arrow Garlic is for a nice dinner he'd like to make for them.
arrow Just why exactly are the sisters in a dark alley with skimpier(ish) looking clothes asking for 500g??

Seems like Gaia 9 Action News finally caught up with us! They now know some of the info we have and have some information in a better format.
Read the manga and be prepared. The manga has been completely summerized here, for your convenience.Convergence Manga After the attempt on his life, Ian had not returned to work in his shop. With the sniper still at large, it seemed as if things might never return to normal. The streets were filled with gossip and suspicion about Ian and the shootings but no real facts had surfaced...
until now Manga In Durem before bed Edmund thought he might drink his coffee and read his book in peace... But with someone looking through his window... What happens next is impossible to describe. Manga On the Isle De Gambino that same night Ian dreams flowery dreams of Sasha... until a scratching and a tapping at his window by a shadowy figure with glowing red eyes... Ian screams in a desperate attempt to escape. Manga Rufus: "It's only me, you big baby! Get up!"
Ian: Rufus! *opens the window*
Rufus: *Leap*
Ian: DANCY DANCY!
Rufus: Ian, let go of me! This is no time for dancy!
Ian: *Hug*
Rufus: "The indignity of it!"
Ian: "I'm sorry pal, I'm just happy to see you." Manga Rufus: "You look terrible, Ian. Have you been keeping up with your treatments?
Ian: "Yeah, I'm due for another one tomorrow. They seem to be having less and less effect." *Sigh*
Rufus: "So... will you ever come back to work? It's so boring when you're not around."
Ian: "I don't know Rufus. It seems so dangerous... During the trial, my face was all over the papers. Now that they've found me, they'll kill me as soon as I show myself again."
Rufus: "You can't hide forever, Ian. You've got to sort this mess out somehow."
Ian: "Well, with any luck, Edmund and Gambino will sort it out once and for all." Manga Later that night at the Gambino Mansion, someone is banging on the door.
Gambino: "Stop your banging! I'm coming, Damn it!" *opens the door* "Now look here, it's one o'clock in the damn... Edmund! Come in! What's the matter old friend? You're not dressed!"
Edmund: "They've struck again, Johnny. That monster took a shot at me in my own home." Quote: Gambino: "Welcome to the club, buddy. They want us all dead, and they're getting bolder about it."
Edmund: "If they wanted us dead, we'd be dead. They knew that bullet wouldn't kill Ian. They want us scared, Johnny."
Gambino: *Locks the door* "But why? They're not shy about killing."
Edmund: "They need to know what G-Corp knows. They need one of us to crack, and they'll keep playing this little game until someone surrenders our secret."
Gambino: "Then they'll kill us." Quote: Edmund: "Precisely. Tell me, who knows about our serum? If any labtech knows even the slightest detail..."
Gambino: "Nobody. Just you and I. And Ian..."
Edmund: "Ian. We've got to keep him close, Johnny. Is he still here?"
Gambion: "Of course. I haven't let him out of my sight--"
*Ensue horribly loud music from upstairs*
Gambino: "What the devil? What's gotten into that little brat?" Quote: Both Gambino and Edmund go upstairs and open the door.
Both: "IAN!!"
Ian is dancing around the room with Rufus.
Gambino: "Who let that moth-bitten ball of mange into my house?!"
Gambino then goes over to the music player and punches it's lights out to Rufus' and Ian's horror. Gambino then starts steaming with held back rage.
Edmund: "Easy, Johnny. They haven't seen each other in months. Rufus, I know you're lonely, but this is no time for dancey-dancey. Someone could have followed you here."
Rufus: "I know, I know... But I had to see my friend! We can't be kept apart so long. I'll go crazy without him, and then who'd run the shop?"
Edmund: "I understand, Rufus, but--" Quote: A clawed and glowing humanoid hand comes through the window suddenly.
Edmund: "Great Scott, Ian! You've left the window open!"
Ian freezes as the hand heads straight for him and Rufus clings helplessly to his arm. Then in a surprisingly agile manner, Edmund leaps through the air, over Ian, to the window and slams it shut on the hand. With a ferocious kick, he sends the thin and possibly long haired would-be assailant flying off the upper story of the mansion, into the night. Quote: Platinum hair streams from the attackers head as he heads straight for the ground.
Gambino: "Is he dead?"
Edmund: "Stunned, at best. It's not safe here. We've got to get to the bunker. We can administer your treatment there, Ian."
Rufus: "What about me?"
Gambino: "You're a cat. Sneak off somewhere."
Edmund: "He's right, Rufus. You're wily enough to dodge them, following us would only put you in further danger."
Ian: "Goodbye, Rufus! I'll see you again real soon."
With one last hug and a few sniffles, Rufus goes his way and the trio leave the mansion to go to the bunker. Someone watches through night-vision goggles. Someone with platinum hair, a red marking on his face... and fangs.
