Come on, you all have got to know who these two are. So, who would win?
I think Luffy. Why? Well...
Luffy can stretch his bone to allow air presser in them for a larger attack, and if you seen the fights in One Piece, especially the one agent Sr. Crocodile, he get ruffed up a lot more than Naruto. And the fight against Arlong was the bloodiest manga fight I have ever seen. So, who do you think would win?

Naruto.
Because while luffy can stretch his entire body, that's all he can do. When Naruto can use many different jutsus. And weapons. If swords can cut Luffy, kunais could also... Not to mention there's kunais with paper bombs.

Naruto is WAAAY more adaptable. Plus, you're right about the jutsu's. There's just way too many way's for Naruto to mess Luffy up.

Anything Luffy could POSSIBLY do to Naruto would heal instantly because Naruto is the nine-tails. I mean, come on, he's been punched through the friggin' lung and he's survived. Plus, when it comes to being stubborn and obnoxious, he wins hands-down. Naruto doesn't take crap from some rubber guy.

You all make very good points. But lets say that Luffy somehow survived until ALL his cakura was gone. Naruto would be a sitting duck. So that's how I see luffy winning. He may not hurt Naruto that much, but he can take one HELL of a punch.

TIME TO PLAY DEVIL'S ADVOCATE!
Why not Luffy guys? I mean, yes, well all know Naruto and his powerful charka and Nine-Tailed Fox Demon could rip anything to shreds, but...I think he's meaning strength wise, as in TAIJUTSU!
In that case, Luffy would most defientally win cause in a taijutsu showdown, he'd be the more adaptable.

Naruto has trained his whole life in hopes of being better than Sasuke, so taking that into account I'd say he's a pretty strong guy even without the ninetails. (I don't watch One Piece on a regular basis so I don't know about Luffy. Frankly the show annoys me, no offense to any fans). And hasn't Naruto been called "the number one most unpredictable ninja?" I'm sure he could think of SOMETHING when faced with a funny rubber guy. Let's be honest, neither of them is very strong in the wits department, so I think Naruto's got a fighting chance with just taijutsu.
