Hello, and welcome to The Delirium Institute. I joined this guild in hopes of helping those who are wishing to learn to improve they literary skills, in order to help create a better roleplaying style. Then I had an epiphiny. What better way improve your literary skills than by applying them in the middle of the lesson? So I decided to make a roleplay that teaches you how to roleplay.
The roleplay is very flexible. It is based off one I created a long time ago when I was bored at four in the morning and had nothing fun to do.
Anyone can join just make sure you have a picture of what your character looks like

In this roleplay I had created long ago, I was the controller of the white emptiness. My own little universe. I could have grass sprout from the empty white floor, and trees and undergrowth, creating a forest, and it could be gone as quickly as it had come. Perfect for any roleplaying environment. Think of it as a 'debug room'.
Anyways, I hope this has caught your interest, and you would wish to join either for help or practice, or just simply to have fun. Anything can happen, and most of it will biggrin .

(Out Of Character) Can anyone start? Also even though I consider my self about medium skill with roleplays, and I am told by teachers I'm extremly literate, may I post? They take me away from, The strangest places... Sweet Danny and Lisa, They take me away from...AHHH.

 Jacoby found himself in a dark hallway. It was pitch black, he couldn't see his hands in front of his face. he looked down the hall to see an exit sign. The dimly lit green neon far off in the distance. He squinted his eyes to see cracks of light shining from inbetween the hinges of a door. Jacoby took a couple steps towards the door then heard the sound of heavy, slow footsteps behind him. Frightened and confused, he ran towards the door.
The footsteps behind him got faster, and he felt like he was running in slow motion. He stopped and looked behind him, and there was the outline of the door, and the dim green glow of the exit sign. Baffled, he looked back towards the way he was running. It was complete darkness. Jacoby then began to make out something. Two small reflections of the light coming from the cracks around the doors. The dim green glow vaguely illuminated a face. One with deep sunken in eyes and a crooked and jagged smile. It's skin was almost completely white, and it's eyes were black as pitch.
He woke up instinctively punching thin air. Jacoby looked around then laughed. He sat up and astared into the vast empty whiteness. Jacoby stood up and looked to his left. The white floor slid open and a large dresser rose up on a platform that matched the white floor. The dresser was made from rich, dark mahogany, and was beautifully decorated with chinese carvings. A changing screen fell from above and landed in front of him. After a few minutes he had changed out of his red and plack plaid pajama pants and into a pair of baggy black jeans, which were held up by a studded leather belt, and a black shirt that had "Z?" written in large letters on the front in white under a camoflauge army coat. As he stepped out he put a dark gray Fedora on his head. His goggles were around his neck.

The dresser and changing screen sunk into the floor. Jacoby sighed. Partly from boredom, party from fatigue. He began to sit down as a couch rose up from under him. Suddenly, two ninjas appeared and began fightig eachother in front of Jacoby. He removed a large bow of popcorn from his pocket, without dropping one piece, and began to watch.

Jacoby watched the ninjas fight for some time, and eventually, the duel was over. Steven won. Jacoby wasn't quite sur eif Steven was his name, but that is what he decided to name that ninja. The other was named Clarence, but he died. The ninja bowed to Jacoby, and dissappeared.
Jacoby threw his popcorn behind him, and it faded away before it hit the floor. He sighed again. "So bored," he said to himself. He readjusted himself and layed down on the couch longways.

Eterna looked around him, and on either side he saw tall, looming buildings. Infront of him he saw a long, stretching highway, empty of cars. Behind him he saw an ominous wall of black, which was seemingly getting closer. When he looked again, it was moving, and picking up speed.
Eterna turned around quickly, running towards the highway, but even though he was going in a straight line, buildings popped up infront of him, and he would have to shift his direction, the highway always in the direction he turned somehow.
The black wall was closing in on him, and he could have sworn he heard moaning coming from the wall. Eterna finally got to the edge of the highway, out of breath, but there was no time to pause and rest. Looking over at the railing, there was a bike, no lock, no anything.
Desperate to get away, Eterna ran at the bike and jumped onto it, peddling as fast as he could. The moaning was getting louder, and now he could hear voices saying, "Ruuuuun.....geeeet aaawaaaay", moaning all the while. Eterna couldn't peddal fast enough, and the black wall was touching the back tire, and suddenly, pale arms reached out of the wall, and he could hear someone yelling in his ears, "We will have you!" and the hands closed around him.
Eterna woke up, drenched in sweat, about to yell out, but managed to hold it back. 'It was only a dream. ' He thought to himself "But then again... that was a pretty realistic dream" He said outloud, his voice echoing as he got dressed They take me away from, The strangest places... Sweet Danny and Lisa, They take me away from...AHHH.

Jacoby sat on the back of the couch, observing his visitor. The man woke up, and began to get dressed. Jacoby leaned back, and fell back onto the couch, waiting for the appropriate time to look again.
After a moment, he looked to make sure he was dressed, and jumped off the couch. As soon as his body left the couch, it imploded in on itself. Jacoby approached the visitor with a smile. "Well hello!" he said cheerfully. "What brings you here?"

"Really?" Jacoby asked, "Because I've been here, literally the whole time." he said, with a laugh. "It's my little universe." Jacob said, lifting his arms up as teh whiteness turned into a field, the seasons passing by in seconds. The field withered away. "You never noticed me ever do that? I do it aaaaall the time,"

Eterna looked at him oddly "If this is your universe, how do people like me get stuck here?" He asked, streching the wings on his back so they fit properly sticking out of his shirt. Jacoby laughed. "You know what? That is a good question. I have no friggin' clue, but I won't question it. I don't mind company. Spending an eternity in here is pretty lonely. Oh, and no, only I can do crazy things like that," he said, laughing again, "Everyone asks that."

Eterna sighed, not believing him, he tried anyway. Thinking of that black wall in his dream, he tried to make it appear in here. "Ah, but what if you couldn't make it dissappear?" he asked, grinning. "Don't try anything dangerous, because I want my body to be in tact. If you are going to try, think of something less..... Evil sounding. Try a bunny." Jacoby didn't want him by the off chance to be able to do something crazy and kill them both. That wouldn't end well at all.
