We feel as a guild that we should hold regular contests for all of our members to participate in if you choose to do so. If you would please give us some ideas to hold contests for it would be greatly appreciated.
~There will already be Holiday contests posted. Whether poetry, art, lyrics, or letters. Whatever you have to offer. For each submission type there will be different placements, example:
1st place in art contest: Name
2nd place in art contest: Name
1st place in poetry contest: Name
2nd place in poetry contest: Name
This is to be completely fair with the judging. Unless there are donations, there will only be prizes for 1st place in these circumstances.

You could have contests in certain genres, that might narrow it down to get responses.
I think, perhaps, a lot of us are reluctant to write in open forums on the internet now due to the copyright law that would keep us from being able to publish it later on.
