I was curious, is there a gaia online meet up at all?, or photoshoot times for certain anime?

There are plenty of photoshoots being arranged for different animes, games, and manga.
As for a Gaia meet up, there's supposed to be a pannel, though nothing's been officially reported about it.

Last year there was a panel on Friday and a Gaia social on Saturday. But nothing's been said yet.
Warning- If there's an item toss, stay behind the crowd! The center of the crowd is painful (quite literally- lots of elbowing and pushing)..... Besides, someone was also throwing items while standing behind the crowd, so people in the back had a better chance of getting stuff.

Panel four is indeed a place, it's a room. Just look in your pocket guide or your big Otakon magazine thingy, it'll tell you. (The pocket guide is easier.)
