Welcome to the LAW section.
We wish this guild to flourish and in doing so we need good members, BUT there are a few of us who do not wish to follow rules or conduct themselves in reasonable fashion. These people make it very difficult to run a guild (which isn't very easy to start with) and so they need to be punished. This sub-forum will hold these cases and will be a place to resolve them or discuss issues involving the LAW.
The LAW is a punishment system developed by the guild crew and high ranking members of the guild. Crimes will be varied, but the basics are covered in the General Guild Rules. Contradicting the rules is a crime!
Some Extra Rules for the LAW:
- If you are accused you will be messaged by the crew member that is punishing you.
- Post any cases you have as a new thread.
- Cases will be handled by a group of crew members or a group of members headed by a crew member.
- The crew member then has the power to ban the perpetrator or discuss the case with the guild leader.
- The guild leader has the power to say yes/no on a case and close it there and then.
- You can follow a case or see what cases are happening by going to the Case post and clicking the link of the case.

The LAW
The system:
You may be wondering how we are going to punish people. The crew have decided that we will have a 3 strike system in which the perpetrator will get banned on the 3rd strike.
The strikes:
1st strike- on your first offence, you will be given a warning. This strike lasts for one month (31 days)
2nd strike- If you commit another crime within the month of your 1st strike, you will be demoted and will be warned once again. This strike will then last 2 months (62 days)
3rd strike- If you commit yet another crime within the two months of your second strike, YOU WILL BE BANNED.
Being banned- If you are banned you can re-apply, BUT We will place you on the "BAD LIST". People on the "BAD LIST" have no chances and will be banned instantly if they do not follow the rules. They will then be on the "BANNED LIST", whoever is on this list is permanently not allowed back into the guild EVER! Being on the "BAD LIST" will last a period of 6 months (186 days). After the time the person will be removed off the list.
Extra info:
-This will affect everyone in the guild. Even crew will be punished if need be.
- If a member has done something seriously bad, the possibility of immediate ban is more likely.
- The guild rules are LAW and INACTIVITY IS A CRIME. Inactivity may be an immediate ban.
- We hope that nobody wants to get banned and we wouldn't want to ban people
