Last night there it was thunderstorming.
Y'all know I'm scared of them, but its even worse if its at night time.
So it was like 12 maybe and I was on the computer.
The storm was freaking me out so bad that I could barely breathe and I was really light headed. My head was pounding and I felt like I was gunna throw up.
So I decided it would be a good idea to go lay down.
so I did.
but I couldn't even fall asleep because I was so afraid.
all i could do was sit there curled up in a ball plugging my ears staring at my window to see when there was lightning.
So this is my problem...
how do I deal with this fear?
why does it make me feel sick?
anything else that you really think needs help there... sweatdrop
