Meh, I dunno about Ninja-Pirates, but when it comes to Ninja OR Pirate...

Ninja-pirates, besides not existing, are a total cop-out.
As for ninjas or pirates? I myself prefer ninjas. Pirates do have more fun, and they have much more leeway for fashion (assuming you go with classic ninjas), but they're far too... boisterous. Pirates let themselves get out of control, and besides, you'll never find a fat or lazy ninja (Team Asuma excepted ninja ).
How about who would win in a fight?
Unless they're on a ship or something (and why would ninjas go on a ship?), I'd have to say ninjas again. After all, they could pick off half of the pirates from the bushes before the pirates could even figure out where they are.

Word. Ninjas can overtake pirates any day of the week.
I mean, in anime terms, it's like Naruto vs. Monkey D. Luffy.
