I know this is a stupid topic.

But how come when I drink cold or iced tea it has a watered down flavour with no scent and then when I make hot tea it has an very strong flavour and wonderfull aroma?

Ice makes tea bitter. Or maybe that's just for red tea, which I'm not sure exists in America.

+ I don't want to sound like a wannabe mod, but shouldn't this be in the tea subforum? sweatdrop

Well, I think it's the aroma that helps the flavor of tea...and cold tea doesn't have as much a scent as hot tea. It's like that with most food, hot pizza tastes more flavorful than cold, right? ^^
