Nice to see you again! How did your final year work out in the end?
I won't be at SDCC myself, but I don't know about anyone else...
Nice to see you too, lady! I figured SDCC might be a bit of a jump for most of you overseas folk.. but there was always a chance. If nothing else, maybe some if you might come to Dragon Con.
My final year was kind of stressful, but I was prepared for editor's day and got some contact information. I moved to Atlanta and worked a retail job to make ends meat, keeping in touch with the editor every so often. Eventually he asked me if I was interested in doing a project, and I sent him work for a few months to see if they wanted to hire me(looooong interview process..haha). And they finally did!!
eek eek I got hired on to work on a Dark Crystal prequel that's coming out this fall. It's awesome to be a bonefide comic artist now. ^_____^ I'm in the middle of a craaaazy deadline at the moment.
sweatdrop I'll get a bit of a break when I go to the con this year, though.
