You are hopelessly lost. You pass a tree that you must have passed three times by now. You lean against a tree, very tired. You look up to see the time of day, but the leaves from the trees block your view. As you think of what to do next, a mist surrounds you. You panic a bit, scared of what might happen next. The mist soon covers everything and you can't see anything. Suddenly a figure starts walking toward you and the mist begins to clear. The figure has red hair done up in curls with a hat and skull pin. She is wearing a coal shirt and dark jeans. She has a notebook in one hand and has small demon following her. She smiled at you.
"Welcome, to the Misty Moon Inn." With the hand not holding the notebook she gestures behind her. There it is, a large and old looking inn has suddenly appeared in the mist. She starts to turn around and walks toward the inn. Then she beacons you. "You're coming aren't you?"
This is a hotel for the sad and unwanted. It can be found by all who need a shelter and food to eat. If they be crimals with a good heart, or the victim all shall find a place by the fire where they can forget their troubles.

Rules!
-I created this board listen to me. I can boot you out for not listening to me.
-Conflicts are fun, they are great and so is romance, but take the cybering to the PM's.
-Follow the Gaian ToS.
-Swearing to SOME degree is okay. Like damn or crud. But keep it down.
-YOU MUST BE AT LEAST SEMI-LITERATE. That means quotes for what you say and don't do ** for actions or the such.
-Don't just come, leave and never come back.
-PM me the profiles with '*The Misty Inn*' so I know you read the rules.
-If I decline you're profile you can edit it and then resend but don't bug me or I'll ignore you.
-Please use small to large font, but nothing else. Also, no colors too light.

. razz ersonality:. Sophia is cool, calm and collected. Sometimes. When you make her mad, Sophia will bit your head off and have no mercy. Sophia is a nice girl at heart and she's also organized to a degree. She is also a good hostess but can get annoyed when people start to demand too much of her. She doesn't normally get into relationships with clients but there's a first time for everything isn't there?
.:History:. Sophia doesn't talk about it much. She inherited the inn from her parents who when off to travel the world. She has been taking care of it for ages. She became immortal because of a potion. When she was younger a client came in. The person was strange and one day Sophia saw the person slip something into a drink. Who knows who it was for but it ended up in Sophia's hands. She drank it without another thought and after three days of complete pain she realized she would live forever. Long ago she came to terms with the fact, the she doesn't like to talk about it. She will hurt you if you ask her age. She also seems a bit cold, becasue who wants to get into a relationship that always ends with death?

It was all a very nice trick. Aubrey figured the girl had no knowledge of the real side of Magic.
.:Other:. Aubrey has some... Odd... 'Gifts'. He can control the different forms of water, including Mist, and Ice. The only reason Aubrey thought the woman's trick was just that, a trick, was because he couldn't conrtrol the mist. Maybe she was just stronger than he thought...

Her parents weren’t exactly the richest people on the planet, so they wanted her to become a singer and earn money. She never liked being forced to sing, well… does anyone really like to be pushed around and forced to do things for other’s benefits? Any money she made went straight to her parents. She stared on many television shows as a prodigy to the singing business, an angel on earth. Whatever people called her, she never liked it. Whenever she tried to stand up to her parents and not sing when told, she’d be hit multiple times. Basic punishment. Her parents never listened to her, no matter what she would say. One day, her parents told her that she would be going to Tokyo to sing in this concert. Her throat was already in enough pain, she couldn't stand it anymore! She stormed off into the woods near her home and got lost. She eventually stumbled upon the Inn.

Wyn tried to raise Areto as best as she could, but had trouble sometimes since Areto always seemed to be wandering around. As soon as she turned seventeen, Areto left home with her mother's blessing, and was on her way to a boarding school when she appeared at the Misty Moon inn.

. razz ersonality:. Because Obsidian isn't that old, she is still in the middle of observing around her and determining how she is expected to act. Because of this it isn't uncommon for her to have delayed reactions, and do things that might be considered strange by others. Being half-machine, her Artificial Soul is constantly clashing with what her machine mind tells her to do. If she receives too much complicated information at once, she could shut down, or 'black out'.
.:History:. Obsidian was created by a secret organization to be used as a fighting machine, but they made a huge mistake in giving her an Artificial Soul. Able to determine for herself that what she was created to do was wrong, she ran off and hid in the city, but ended up leaving after the organization tracked her down. She is still getting used to the world around her, but she knows how to fight well, as she was created to do. Even so, she ended up getting herself pretty lost until she found the Misty Moon Inn.
.:What do you want to be hired as?:. Waitress
.:Why should you be hired?:. She has a large memory capacity, so there's an extremely slim chance of her forgetting names, faces, and orders. And in case someone starts a fight, she doubles as a peacemaker and bodyguard. Besides, left alone, she'd probably wander back out and get lost again. She also doesn't require sleep or rest, also too much information at once can make her shut down, but this limit hasn't been determined yet.
.:Other:. Because she's part-machine, she doesn't really understand the whole romance thing, and being in embarrassing situations doesn't bother her as much. She can't really be injured either, since her skin is harder than a normal humans. She can temporarily 'forget' how to move one of her limbs or joints though, giving something of a ragdoll affect where she'll collapse out of nowhere then get back up like nothing happened. Makes for great entertainment.

At all times she would be escorted by ten guards that neither talked nor seemed to have any human emotions. As soon as a week would pass they would take her to a new city and lock her up without a word spoken before, on or after the journey.
Often she would sit at her window and stare down at the tiny townsfolk wandering around the city, curious of what their live were like. Thus she would spend her days in and out, staring and wondering, always silent and alone.

. razz ersonality:. Ohren isn't much of a person to talk, he's rather quiet. Or at least, he'd rather just sit and listen. He doesn't mind one on one conversation, but really doesn't like big group conversations. He can be rather depressing and brooding at times. Because of his past sometimes Ohren will get into slumps or moments of depression. Other then that, he is usual an ok guy. He likes being around people, but doesn't like being bombarded with questions and conversation.
.:History:. The Sephyr are a race of winged beings with a unique ability. They can manipulate light into strange orbs and illusions that create music and melodies. Ohren grew up in a home that was very gifted with these talents and they started to teach him at a young age. However, one day when Ohren was playing outside, his father lost track of him and Ohren wandered off. He wandered away from the village and eventually came to a human town. Here a family took him in, but the other children of the village teased him because of his black wings. The adults also tended to ignore and shun him, calling him things like 'freak' and 'demon'. However, Ohren did his best to ignore them and practised his musik to put his thoughts off of them. He eventually became a very skilled and talented manipulater, much like his mother and father. One day though, a group of Sephyrs came to the human town claiming that Ohren was theirs. The two towns waged war on each other, and being torn between the two, Ohren fled. He fled for what seemed like the longest of time, wandering from place to place, town to town playing for the locals with his musik and light. Feeling depressed and lonely, it was only a matter of time before Ohren found his way to The Misty Inn.

.:Why should you be hired?:. Ohren isn't one to cause trouble, or even really work for large amounts of money. For a place of shelter and food, he would even do it for free. He has no real use for money and only wants to be accepted. His musik and light would also be a good act for any travellers and local visiters to the inn. He enjoys entertaining people with his abilities.
.:Other:. Ohren makes small talk with customers and travellers from time to time when not performing. He likes to know where they are from and how they came to find the inn. He also converses and listens to the staff, obeying their wishes.

. razz ersonality:. YoonAe is a tad bit on the quiet side but when angered, she turns into...a different person-a split personality, that is. Though she does know that a split personality resides in her, whenever she turns into it, YoonAe has no recollection of turning into it whatsoever. Perhaps this split personality was caused by the half vampiric and half angel gene in her blood. YoonAe is a quiet, kind, gentle girl who loves and appreciates everything in the world. While the split personality is sarcastic, rude, critical, short-tempered and who likes to fight often. Their eyes, magic, and wings differ also. While YoonAe has warm brown eyes, pure white wings, and her magic is a sky-bluish and white streak, the split personality has blood red eyes, scaly, devillish wings, and her magic has a red and black streak. She names the split personality 'Jin' which means golden/jewel after the blood red gleam in Jin's eye that most people claim she has.
.:History:. YoonAe was abandoned at the young age of 6, when her split personality began to form. Her parents were horrified by what their daughter held inside her body: Jin. Wandering from place to place, she was finally taken in by a friendly, kind old couple who never had a child before and did not know of her mystical powers. When YoonAe was 14, a couple of burglars broke inside their house and murdered the old couple who tried to protect the little girl. Crying over their dead bodies, her eyes flashed a deep, ominous red shade and Jin took over. This frightened the humans so much that they ran away screaming that she was a demon. The police soon arrived after the neighbors called about a strange noise going on inside the house. Seeing the teenager drenched in blood, crying, and with the burglar's knife in her hand, they presumed that she was the murderer and sent her to jail. She escaped with the help of a few fellow criminals after a few years later and has been on the run until she found the Misty Moon Inn.

.:Why should you be hired?:. YoonAe was assigned as the 'jail cook', making use of whatever slop she could find and turning it into something edible(with the use of magic of course). The criminals exclaimed that it was worthy to serve at a four star hotel and was content in staying in jail if YoonAe cooked for them everyday. Even the guards always ate YoonAe's food instead of driving to the nearest fast food restaurant. Despite the fact that it was a jail, there were a lot of innocent men who were accused falsely and friendly criminals too. She befriended them all and they knew of her secret of course, of Jin and her powers. YoonAe was a little sad of leaving the jail with all of the falsely accused men and the criminals who regretted their crimes but they all protested that she should be the one to escape and to promise them that she would cook for people around the world, criminals or not.

Sophia stood behind her desk. Today seemed like a slow day, which was annoying. Less people meant less money, which was never good. Sophia smiled, consumed in her own thoughts. Suddenly a kid came rushing by. In a second Sophia had reached down and grabbed the kit by the shirt. She picked the kid up. "No running!" Sophia growled, letting the kid go. The kid got up and walked slowly out of the room but Sophia knew they would soon be running again.
Sophia pulled out her book. People had always wanted to look inside it, for Sophia always had it but no one had ever seen it, save Sophia. Sophia looked around and then started to look though the many pages. Sometimes she smiled and sometimes she sighed sadly. She curled a finger around her red curly hair. She had heard people remark on it's color and curles. She loved to remind them that it was natural. Of course, few believed her.
Sophia looked young. She looked like she was in her late teens or early 20's. Truly, Sophia had been living for over 400 years. She didn't tell many people that fact. She didn't want to be stuck with questions she couldn't answer. Or worse, be taken away to be poked and studied. Oh this thought Shopia shived, but regained herselve and looked at her book.

Aubrey sighed as he sat at one of the tables in the main lobby. Sure, he was happy that he had a place to stay, or even live, but something just didn't feel right about the place...
One of the waitresses interuppted his thoughts, and set down a teapot and cup on the table in front of him.
"Thank you, what do I owe?"
"You'll be charged for everything when you leave, sir." The waitress answered, and smiled kindly. Aubrey watched as she turned to leave, and could've sworn he saw her roll her eyes.
"Teenagers..." Aubrey laughed, and poured his cup of Chai Tea. As soon as he took a sip, he felt extremely relaxed.
(What time period are we in? I figured we were in the Edo Era, but that was just my assumption. Are we even in Japan?! xD)

Ren sat a a table, looking around the Inn. Scanning her memories, she remembered seeing that girl. 'Who was she...?' That one questioned roamed her mind, unable to find a true answer. 'Maybe I'll see her again...' She let out a soft sigh. Her eyes wandered from left to right, examining the place still.

((The location of the Inn is unknown. It can be found any where since it is magic. No matter were you are you just have to be sad and very lost. It's weird, I know. The time period is modern but magical. Sorry for not saying that.))
Sophia slamed her book shut. She needed a pick up. She walked into the resterant and looked at one of the waitesses. "Oi. I want a latte." She nodded at the girl.
The girl had just set down a pot and was new. She looked at Sophia. "Who the hell do you think you are?" She challenged.
Sophia smiled. She loved this part. She never hired people, she let others take care of the dirty work. She looked young and she loved when people thought all she was, was how she looked. "I'm the owner of the hotel brillant girl."
The waitresses eyes widened and she rushed to get Sophia her latte. Shopia was a bit mean to the new people but she didn't give it much thought. She looked around at the guests and spotted a few new ones. She smiled a bit and pulled her hat back a bit.

Obsidian came into the room, anxoius to start her new job. That is, if a part-machine could feel anxious. She didn't look any different from an ordinary human, but she was a bio-machine, and a fairly new one at that. She had to get this right, or she would end up wandering around lost again. She had thankfully been able to get a very detailed description of what being a 'waitress' meant, so hopefully she would be able to do something right.
Pulling up a circular tray, she looked around at the guests. Spotting a girl that didn't look like she had been served yet, she walked up carefully. The girl looked like a cat demon, as far as she could tell, but she didn't often trust on appearances alone. "Good day," She said with a bright smile. She couldn't help it if her voice was a bit unhuman, she was a machine after all, but she tried her best. "Is there something I can get you?"

Sophia nodded as the woman gave her her latte. She sipped it slowly and looked around. She was glad she had gotten more help, becasue things did get busy around here and Sophia wasn't one to do everything. When she got stressed she just STOPPED. The hotel almost went out of buisness a few times but things manged got pull themselves together.
Sophia looked at the sign. It was a dirty sign but proud in a way. She had been meaning to hang it up for a while now. It said: This is a hotel for the sad and unwanted. It can be found by all who need a shelter and food to eat. If they be crimals with a good heart, or the victim all shall find a place by the fire where they can forget their troubles.
Sophie smiled at it. Her parents had made it when the hotel first opened. It had lasted though thick and thin and some people knew it by heart. It was always nice to see the sign for Sophia at least. It was a way in which her parents were still alive.

Lenne sat by herself in the corner table, sipping her drink. She had seen the inn and had come in it a few hours ago, and hadn't even been to her room yet.
