*Attention!!! You Must Read this!! If you make a custom character, it cannot be higher then Sargent. Since it is not a large army RP you can't have a bunch of corporals or colonels or generals.... If there's already a Sargent, you can't apply for that position.

The alliance is for if you want to help out a certain army when it comes down to it. Other than that you're your own person.
