How many of you have felt so moved by a CxS that you began crying?

One afternoon, not too distant ago, my boyfriend and I were moving through one of the rougher parts of our relationship. We had many arguments and temporary breakups that left me rather distraught and concerned with where our relationship would eventually end up. Since I tend to become somewhat reclusive when having a bout with depression, I stayed home one of those days and merely listened to the "Dreamcypher" CD. That afternoon, the words to "Memorae" seemed to hold greater value and brought tears to my eyes.

The Cruxshadows have a way of eloquently articulating every emotion. I can listen to them regardless of what mood I'm in or what's going on in my life.

I think Eye of the Storm was very touching for me. I don't know if I cried over it exactly, but the first time I listened to it start to finish was very moving for me.

I adore that song, Dreamcypher is my second favorite album next to Wishfire.

When i do listen the CxS I feel moved, and the lyrics are just amazing, i dont know how to describe it. The songs seems to connect in different ways to different people, and i know how i interpret the lyrics maybe different from you; but i don't think i can recall either of crying over a song. I can say that i've cried then listened to CxS, so i was crying while listening to them lol, but never cried because of the song itself.

They have never made me cry but sometimes I just sit and listen to them and sort of absorb their beautiful lyrics.

"memare" for me explains alot of my life right now. i'm holding on to my high school life. but i'm also fighting to stay afloat in the real world as i enter it.

"waiting to leave" is pretty much the song that sums up my strong impulse to leave my shithole town.

"cassandra" is pretty much my personality summed up. (unforunately my name is not cassandra..)

The chaos has returned
And all that was left to sentiment
Beneath the banner burned

I completely get that. Memare is one of those songs that get you right in the gut... but personally I get a real feel for Eye of the Storm... and it isn't really about anything going on in my life, it is just a matter of feeling the emotion and the pain in his voice. Personally I think that Rogue's voice is just so completely heart wrenching that it is impossible to ignore.

And as that voice was slow receded
Into echoes, memory
My doubts were re-ignited
And fear awakened from its sleep
