Takumi spent his morning cleaning himself, so at them moment he was just watching some grass sway back and forth. Having wondered of from his huge dysfunctional family, he seemed it best this way. He was the most important one to him. Spoiled as ever, and very, very girly for a little lad. In fact, so girly, he even thought he was a girl! How crazy..
Takumi started humming to himself a little song his mother had sang to them to go to sleep. Though, that didn't work at all. His family was very hectic. Good, with bad, and then there was him and Nona. Very unpredictable. One moment they could be sweet and innocent. The next, they could be rude and almost bad as there brother Thonas. He didn't have a lovely tail like his sister did, but he didn't care. That just meant long tails were not that good.

 The curious little kit had yet again wandered away from her mother's sight. Her little fluff of a tail twitched as her paws kicked at rocks as she walked along the side of the small river that seemed huge to her since she was still so small. A small rustle in the bushes made her jump a bit and she couldn't help but walk towards the noise. Curse her curiosity. Asami scrunched down close to the ground and slowly crawled over to where the other kit was cleaning himself. His stone matched the one that placed on her head. How did everyone get them up there? She wondered to herself as she watched him for a second longer.
When he started to hum, she jumped out of the bushes and tried to scare the other little kit. "Rawr!" Asami yelled out as she looked up to the pink colored fluff on his ears. Her small eyes scanned Takumi as he reacted to her trying to scare him. Again, her fluff of a tail twitched back and fourth out of happiness of meeting another kit that was unfamiliar.

Takumi had no notice at all there was another there. Why would he care anyways. They weren't important. As soon as his attention was totally not paying attention to anything another kit jumped out at him. He jumped back and screamed like a girl!
"Don't do that! You scareded me to death!" he spat at the other now in a rather grumpy mood. How could this happen. Now look! He was dirty! He huffed a little but then noticed the other was a female. He smiled at her. Another girl! How exciting. "Sorry! I didn't mean to yell at you. I'm Takumi!" He said happily.

The little kit chuckled a little at the other one falling for her trick. Whenever she heard his voice, she noticed he was a boy kit. Her ears flicked at his voice which did not sound a thing like her father's voice. The kit's voice was squeaky like hers, while her father's voice was strong and deep. Maybe it was because he was still little like she was.
"Sorry." She said not noticing his huffing at her. Whenever he spoke again, she smiled at him. "Its okay, I'm Asami!" The little Ulaya said as her eyes wandered around a bit. Her fluff of a tail continued to twitch back and forth like it always did when she was happy.

He beamed. "Oh! Asami is a pretty name. But not as pretty as mine." He said very confident his name was a better girls name. He looked rather proud of his name, and his fur. It was very shiny silver. When ever the sun hit, it would sparkle alittle. Very different from his family. he didn't look like any of them. Despite his spots like his father and most of his siblings.

Asami smiled. "Thank you." She said watching his silver coat glimmer a little bit. "I like your fur!" The kit said using her paw to scratch the place where the gem sat on her head. Asami looked a lot like her mother, but only a little like her father. Her siblings looked a lot like her father, since they had brown coats. Asami was very proud to look like her mother, but her white fur showed the dirt on her very easily.

Takumi grinned mischievously. "Thank you. I work hard at making it so pretty." He paused to admire his on fur. "My brother doesn't think I should. He says I'm a boy, and should act it. I'm not though." He said simply as he watched the other carefully. "Is your fur dirty, or is that your look?" he asked noticing the light bits of brown on her paws and face.

Asami did not notice that he acted different from other boys, since she was around mostly girls besides her father. "I don't think you act different." She said witha soft shrug. Looking at her fur, she noticed that it was mostly cleaned, so she figured he was talking about her brown colored paws and face. "Thats just my look." She said beeming proudly at her coloring.

He smiled. "Thank you." he said as he puffed his chest up a little bit as he finally found someone that said he was female. Or at least thats what he got from it. "Oh. Well, it's a nice look on you. " he said with a smile. He always thought white was too plain by it's self.

Asami giggled at him puffing up his chest a bit. "Your welcome." She said pricking an ear at his compliment. "Thank you." She didn't ever notice other's colors unless it was shiny or was attention grabbing. The little kit pawed at a few ants that were walking in a line infront of her towards their any hill.

Takumi found this moment to be a bit boring. So, now they know each other, and she wasn't that bad at all. He thought for a moment. " Want to do something? It's stupid around here." he said with a grin. He hadn't been on a good adventure yet. Perhaps they could terrorize some helpless animal.

When she heard him ask her something, she quickly nodded her head. "Sure, lets go on an adventure or something." She said turning her attention away from the small ants and back to the kit infront of her. Asami stretched out then looked back up to him with a small smile.

He smiled. "Where do you want to go. I can go anywhere." He said proudly. It wasn't like his mother would notice too much. Or at least she wouldn't even care. She was too busy with his siblings anyways. He stood up and shook off anything that might be on his fur.

Of course, her curiosity from a few days earlier quickly kicked in. "Well, I want to go to the forest." She said wagging her little fluff tail. Even though her father had told her to keep away, the kit couldn't keep her curiosity calmed down.

He thought for a moment. "That lame place." Well in reality he hadn't been there, yet. He thought more and then made a very boring looking face. "If you insist" Of course, he wanted to go, but he had to make himself look cool. He gave her a smile.
