I like thier music alot. They just got a new singer though so I don't know how that will go. In reality they aren't that great with instruments. I just loved the singer alot. So the new singer has some big shoes to fill.

Nightwish is an awesomeness band. I love Feel for You, Beauty of the Beast, Forever Yours, Ever Dream, and their version of Phantom of the Opera. There's more, but those are my only favorites I can name right now. 3nodding

NIGHTWISH! Other people know about them? Sweetness!
I've got Once, Century Child, Wishmaster and Oceanborn.
Yeah, Tarja kicked butt. It's too bad she left though. Anette is sure to create a new trend along with her new lead, but Tuomas will always keep it Nightwish-style! I love what Tuomas comes up with. He's a genious.

I -love- Nightwish. I can't wait for their next cd...Dark Passion Play. I loved Tarja but Nightwish will still be the same...just with Anette. I love Ghost Love Score, End of All Hope, their rendition Over the Hills and Far Away, Wanderlust...I have a lot of favorites lol.

Yeah I heard it's September 28th. At least over there in Europe. I don't know if it's the same over here in the US...I can't remember if Once came out later or not...lol

I heart Nightwish biggrin Tarja's voice was awesome... it's too bad she had to leave crying But I hope the new singer is just as good 3nodding

I don't like Annette. Her voice doesn't go with the music. Tarja was unique. I loved her voice, it went with teh metal. You know that they were originally going to be a campfire band, but they decided to add metal elements to it because Tarja's voice was too operatic for campfire songs.

Hmm, Nightwish =3. Started listening to them a year or two back I think when one of my classmates was talking about them one day. So I checked then over YouTube and viola ;D EternalDreaming I think most symphonic metal bands are from Europe. I would even go for the statement most of them are Scandinavian =3 (You know - Norway, Sweden, Finland). So yeah... I'm quite new to Nightwish. As I read what are your favourite tracks, I just say to myself: Damn, I should listen to that then....
