The Rebellion began many years from now, when you have your grandchildren. It is a violent time and age. When a child is born in this time, take care to check if it's not human! A mutant used to be teased, but now they are Rebels.
On the other hand, the Foot Clan is a dangerous organization to rebel against. Ninja that are mostly humans and Clones fill the streets with terror.
You can help these Rebels and Foot Clan ninja!

Powers: She controls electricity (hence her name)
Races
There are four races in the Rebellion.
Humans are, well, normal humans. Weaker than mutants, more flexible than Clones, they aren't exactly shock troops.
Clones are evil diabolical beings that look like humans, but have different intentions. They have standard superpowers, such as superstrength, and they also have more intelligence than humans. Clones are the only races that cannot give birth. They don't look alike, but are actually as unique as humans and mutants.
Mutants are humans which have powers, yet aren't Clones. They could be born mutated or man-made mutated. Their superpowers range through many possibilities.
Half-mutants are neither mutant or human. They are born by a mutant parent and a human parent. They are extremely dangerous, not for their power, but their temper.

Gaia name: Oniwriter21 Character name: Karu Okono Age: 16 Race: Mutant Side: Rebel Appearance (clothing, looks, etc.):  History: He was subjected to be a Foot Clan Ninja but he malfunctioned and fled. He has joined the rebelion to fight the uprising evil. Powers: He has claws that can pop out at will, he also can control ice and water, and he has all the running speed of a Raptor and the IQ of 1000.

It was dark and cold, leaves falling. The Rebel hideout where the children used to play was nearly deserted.

Karu wandered the empty street that used to be his home. He sighed and ran to the Rebel hideout. He had hoped to see Electrix. ((is it ok if we have some sort of past together? like used to be bf/gf??))

Race: Clone
Side:undecided but taking revuge with the Rebels for now.
Appearance: brunnette hair shoulder length, sword and a bow are always with her, she barely wears anything fancy, and has blue eyes when she isn't using her powers but when she is they turn purple.
History: She was turned into a Clone and nearly brainwashed. Lucky she was rescued from her tormentor but her powers werer drained and so she needs to work on restoring them.
Powers: Super hearing, eyesight, and smelling abilities.

Cori crouched in the shadow of a cabinet located in the hotel on Anders Street. This was one of twenty enterances to the hideout of the Rebels. She was nearly at the end of her guard shift which had been two hours too long.

Appearance: 5'9. Slender build. Black hair - Slightly over Ear Length. (More in depth description on first post)
EDITED: History: M is now the universal letter for Mutant.
A scientist, whom has managed to stay hidden from most, is creating mutants to do his bidding.
M was his first experiment.
A normal boy of the age of twelve...
Transformed. Mutated. Destroyed. Rebuilt.
Programmed.
He broke away.
He made a run for some place that he could be accepted, some place he could live.
He is now a part of the Rebel group.
Plain and simply, he is safe there.
But of course, he was designed to fight.
Designed to follow orders.
So he would do what he was told, if the Rebels sent out a command.

Smiling at the guard who releaved her Cori headed outside. Walking close to a tower she heard voices coming near it. Creeping closer all she could understand was that they were talking about the Foot Clan.

Age: 15
Race: half mutant
Side: Undecided x33 (so the foot clan is like, a pack of ninjas?)
Appearance: Around average height for 15 year olds. She's a pale blonde with sparkling green eyes that turn bright yellow when mad. Her wings appear and disappear according to her will.
History: She was born with a mortal mum and a mutant dad. soon after, they were assassined due to unknown reasons. And ever since she was little, she was very shy so people often teased her. At around 12, she began getting angier from the taunting until she had times when she went insane. Now, she wanders around, not belonging to any side but meeting very nice people.
Powers: Normallly, she has the power of air and enjoys it very much even though sometimes, she can't control it. When angry, she loses her power over air and uses fire instead. She can also make her wings appear and disappear according to her will.She can do a little heal when she's calm and not at all when she's mad.

Age: Looks in his late 30's
Race: Human

Appearance: 6'0, and rather slim, Chance has brown trench coat, a black utility belt that holds a lighter, a pack of smokes, a handy med kit, and his blue pill case. A dark blue shirt that is tucked under his dirt coated baggy blue pants and wears red, worn out sneakers that looked as if he overgrew them. Hides bubblegum in these shoes just for kicks.
He has an old appeal to his face, has a shaved beard [Although the stubbles are still there], and brown hair that spikes up along with blue eyes.
History: Chance was born into an orphanage in which was in a rather unpopulated place. He made friends, had fun, ate, and did things the way a human would do. One day, however, when he was 19, he was kicked out due to age. Having no place to go, he adapted the habit of stealing to live. Around 20, he stole a pill case found inside an abandoned house. Inside, he saw plans that revolved around future science and alchemy. He quickly left, questioning just what they were doing.
Then, one day, when he was 30, he felt ill. He wasn't in the mood for stealing, so he took a pill from the case and consumed it. Later that day, he was out stealing, but was caught by the police. [?] He refused to turn himself in, made a break for it, and was shot through the heart. The police were surprised to find out that, seconds later, he got up. Chance himself, was surprised, and ran. A few other times, he used the pills before doing something extreme. He also found out that it works if he was dying at that moment, due to a car accident.
Now, Chance has entered the age of the Rebellion. He has no place to live, but finds sleeping on the ground very comfortable. Although he is a thief, he has good moral, but he refuses to choose sides in the Rebellion. The reasons are unknown...
Powers: None, although he is somewhat of a pro at thievery. Info, items, the works.
He keeps a pill case at his side, which for some reason, is not medication, but seemingly a life saving device. It's effects will last 24 hours before it wears off. Wonderful, but he only has 4 of these left.....
