In a field full of colorful flowers there was a Modifox wandering around. Her name was Mitra. Every few steps she slowed down, brought her head to the ground and bit off some flowers. Always white ones. They weren't colorful enough in her opinion. And destroying all of them almost seemed a game to her. She happily ran around. This place felt like her own little paradise. Or wasn't she the only one here?

Shin walked out of a forest and out into a huge meadow of very colorful flowers. He bent down to examine the flowers, finding flowers of almost every color. Walking a bit farther into the field, Shin noticed the plain white flowers slowly disappearing. 'I wonder what happeend to them,' he thought, examining the ground a bit closer. Shin bent down again to smell the remaining flowers. Along with the scent of the many wildflowers, Shin was surprised to find the scent of another fox. Looking up, he glanced around for the other fox. He spotted her. The other fox was running around the other side of the meadow.

While Mitra first thought she was alone, it appeared that she wasn't. After a few more minutes of playing, she heard a sound. Slightly scared she looked around to find the thing or creature that had made that noise. She turned around and spotted another Modifox. It was a male, colorful like her. Quite handsome too. She looked closer. Was he staring at her? Mitra decided to walk up to him and introduce herself. "Who are you? I'm Mitra."

Shin examined the female fox, Mitra. "Nice to meet you," he said, "I'm Shin." He looked her over again. The colorful fox was very pretty. "How did you find this meadow?" He asked, curiously.

Mitra examined the other fox with interest. There was something about him that attracted her... After staring for some time it suddenly came to her mind again that he had asked her a question. "Well, basicly I was just walking around without a purpose. Then I ran into this meadow. It's pretty. But I dislike the white flowers, they're too plain. I like bright colors!" she said. Then she brought her head to the ground again and bit off some more white flowers.

Shin laughed. "So that's what happened to all of them," he said. "I was wondering why they were slowly disappearing as I got further into the meadow." Shin glanced around. "This is a big meadow, though," he added, "I imagine getting rid of all the white flowers by yourself being a bit hard."

Mitra smiled back. "Well, as far as I know I'm not in a hurry. And it's not really neccessary, I just don't like having them around. Don't you think they are boring?" she replied. Then again, she might be boring him as well. After all, she was talking about flowers. Quickly she tried to switch the subject to make herself look more interesting, but she couldn't think of anything. So she remained silent and decided just to wait for his response.

"It is plain," Shin said, nodding in agreement. "Of course," he added, "my family has always been... colorful. Most things seem plain to me." He gavee Mitra another once-over. "Except for you." He stared, for a moment, at the beautifully colored fox.
Shin mentally shook his head, snapping himself out of his daze. "What I mean," he started, "is that you seem very... intersting... in a good way, of course."

Mitra looked slightly confused. Shin suddenly acted a bit strange. Like he wanted to say something else. She really started to like him. Now why was he acting like this? Did he feel the same way? Or was he trying to offend her? Still confused, she remained silent.

Shin looked away slightly, embarresed by his lack of words. He wasn't normally like this. He used to always have something to say, but for some reason he just couldn't think. He glance at Mitra, hoping she would change the subject.
