Is it bad to hate your family? Is it bad to wish they would die? There is a story behind this.
Me and my grandparents always fight and they get stupid after the fight. I hate it. Then I apoligize and when I apoligize I mean it. But they think I don't mean it but I do. They say I am not sorry. Then I want to curse them out and yell but I bite my tongue.
I want to die or run away...
Is this normal and can anyone help me feel better?

awww honey, unfortunately that is pretty normal. theres lots of fractured/broken families these days (heck, i'm in one). maybe next time someone makes you want to raise your voice, or scream your protest, try not doing anything. just try.. watching them, and waiting for them to stop. or if he/she is yelling and screaming and swearing at you, just hug them really tight, and tell them you love them. that usually wakes people up and pulls the dead animal from their a*****e. i'm not quite sure what it is that makes you feel like this. what happens that makes you want to hate them?

ps. i have a history of fights with my own family too. my father in particular, once, between us, it was so bad that he called up his ex to come pick me up at night because of something i had said. i mean, shesh.. me and dad could really fight.. throwing glass and plates at each other.. screaming, swearing, the works. but i realised, (at some point, dunnoe when) that it really does take two to tango. now, when he comes home late and drunk i just ignore it, where as i used to ask him where he was and when he'd reply all defensive i'd get hostile, but now i don't really care. you know? cause imma leave and live on my own when i get the chance. would doing that fix your fights? would it help if you simply, let sleeping dogs lie?
