I've made this specifically for this guild, maybe it was lost, so I'm adding it to you as my suggestion again.
I hope you'll decide to, or at least consider, using it. I put forth some effort into making it for you.

That is really good. n_n makes mine look kinda silly. lol i posted it in the topic in just the forums section. (the one that says WE NEED A NEW BANNER.) you should put yours there too. its great.
