i wanna say batman...he has more technology at his disposal, and can use the batarang as skillfully as v can use the knives...
batman has also fought many different villains, and has shown he can adapt...v on the other hand...has only fought a police force with guns and ppl who submitted to him
the first two reasons assume that there is no previous planning...but even with previous plannin...batman has the resources to defeat v such as the batplane

Wait, you're talking about with previous planning like that would push things away from Batman's favor...
Hasn't it been confirmed that, with enough plan time, Batman is ni-invencible? I mean, didn't he manage to take down the entire rest if the justice league?
I mean, ok, so I know jack and squat about Vendetta, but still...

I agree. It would depend entirely on preparation.
I believe Bruce Wayne to be one of the smartest people to ever grace the pages of fiction. Light Yagami and L included.
