My friend's neighbors gave us these sweet glasses that shot out rainbow-rays from all lights. They made the fireworks look even more fab.

All the 'cool' fireworks are illegal here... but it's okay because we have a lot of law breakers. But lots of people do fireworks before dark, and you can't even see them. It's like, "OH!"

The weather here sucked, so my family and Lu's family went out together because we figured the fireworks would be postponed.

I was supposed to have band practice, but we had to call that off. I just ended up hanging out with my friend inside all afternoon and evening.
I heard some fireworks though!
