In order to be accepted as a teacher, you'll have to write out an application, and which I will approve or disapprove. If accepted, but you do not meet up to the teaching standards, we'll replace you and either change you to a substitution position or tell you its not working out. hopefully it won't be a problem, but I just want our teachers to know they will be held to actually teach.
So here's the jobs you can apply for
Substitution: Greatest leniency, and off great help. You can join classrooms that the teacher is offline, or away, and perhaps you could help out the other teachers when they need it.
Profiling teacher: The FBI has a great way of profiling people.... You'll be the teacher who will help people create a realistic and believable profile.
Big bucks teacher: Ever hear of stretching a buck? Well that's how people make the big bucks. You'll be the teacher who will help people lengthen their posts, but not just lengthen, but give beef to it as well.
Mis doubt fire teacher: Not only does this teacher miss, but doubts as well. You'll be the teacher to help people learn not to auto hit. Think of it as unlearning target practice.
Prezion teacher: Wait it isn't prezion, it is precision. You'll be the teacher who will help them with proper grammar, and spelling.
Mortal God teacher: Most Gods are immortal, but you're just like the rest of the human lot, mortal. You'll be the teacher who shows people it is okay to take a few punches, and that actions don't always have to succeed.
Theatrics Teacher: The most charismatic of the group. If you have a flair for dramatics, this could be for you! You'll be teacher to help break people out of the mod of monotonous replies. Your work will be most needed as it will relatively combine all of the other classes, but showing how to be more dramatic as well. You'll need a lot of creative energy for this, but the reward is sweet. Just think of it as being the honor class.
More teachers may come if suggested, and are need, but doing so, the length the students have to finish all of the courses will increase too.
Non teachers, but important Students: Learning but also keep your teachers in check haha. Headmaster: You'l be... wait I'll be this. I'll also keep the teachers in check, and may attend classes to help or to actually participate to see how teaching is going. Secondary Headmaster: (you can apply for this) You'll be just like me, but your profile comes second on the plack. [[additional notes reserved]]
Applications (post your application on this thread)
User Name: RPC name: (optional, but you'll be responsible for telling the class) Job Applying for: Qualification for your job: (why do you think you'll be good for this job) How you might run your class: (teachers) *give yourself a pat on the back for applying*
Once accepted, you'll be allowed to create your thread. Name it whatever you want.
Have fun applying, there's endless amount of substitution jobs. Hope you all well, and good luck! And hope you'll survive the barrage of students! Don't worry I won't shout food fight!

User Name: HollyxDolly RPC name: Just call me.. Miss Holly XD Job Applying for: Profiling Teacher Qualification for your job: I’m pretty good at making character profiles, and I enjoy it as well. I know how to balance out my character’s, and I don’t over-do anything. I also feel the need to make my character’s a bit more interesting, but realistic none-the-less. I have a pretty big imagination, which, let’s face it, is pretty important to create character profiles. How you might run your class: I’ll be nice, don’t worry! I already have a system in progress in my head. I won’t be too strict, but it is a pretty easy subject. I’m willing to help anyone that has trouble making their profiles. I’ll teach you the basics first, and then if you’d like to give a little spark to your character I’d be happy to teach you my skills.

Romeo for Tay Vice Captain

User Name: Romeo for Tay RPC name: Er. Frederick the Rich. No. Just kidding. Kiki, I guess. xD Job Applying for: Big Bucks Teacher Qualification for your job: I Absolutely love to write long posts. It can be a terrible habit of mine, because people may get confused. I love making characters go through talking events, explaining a whole certain process through (For example, robbing a bank. Won't pause, but do the whole thing. xD) and without giving a character so much to do in one post I feel incompleted. I've taught myself that if you are only to write about the one subject, it is more difficult to write a lot. but if you give your character, even if the littlest of things, something to do before or after getting to the main point, it makes your post long, satisfying, interesting and, well... to the point. ^.^ How you might run your class: If people around the guild are having trouble making their posts long compared to everyone else, I'll read over what they write along with others, and have them rewrite it to a response I may write out, or rewrite it to the response they were supposed to. I'll give them hints on actions they could do before and after the point, or little things they could be doing during. Maybe they will have to add thought or dialogue to give the character more depth on the situation, and describe their surroundings more if they need it. Things like that. ^^

Well, that is actually the point I like to get across to people. Most beginners are so focused on the task at hand they don't even think of what their character thoughts are, nor what else they might be doing besides the main point. Usually this results in two liners, which is such a pity to most of RP'ers who put thought and tons of work into it. I'll add you to the list of teachers ^_^, thanks for applying. As I stated to Holly, the classroom will be yours, so it is up to you to set it up and what else you do to it, so make a thread for your classroom. Its name is whatever you want to give it, but at least let people know what you're teaching so they can find it XD.

RPC name: Honsuke Yakura
Job Applying for: Theatrics
Qualification for your job: In the past, I have been asked by many whom I have role played with to help them on their own separate guilds and websites to aid in gauging the ability, and level of other members by placing them in categories so that they might work their way up to be of a higher rank. Furthermore, in the past I have been asked by many to teach them how to role play. My years of experience and the gold and gifts I have received through those who have asked me to teach them speak for themselves, (for a year I had vowed to donate half of my monthly total of gold to a single lucky gaian member who impressed me. As such, one such member received a donation from me of 80,000 gold.) I believe that theatrics are the most important aspect of role playing, and I am quite fond of helping those who have lesser knowledge of the subject along a path to understanding.
How you might run your class: I would run my class by introducing terminology as the main lesson, holding a strong hand to personification and utilization of at least three of the five senses being key in writing a post. After my students manage to grasp said concepts, I would move into juxtaposition, metaphor, simile and paradox, teaching them how to use these techniques in their writing to ensure that their posts are attractive to the mind. I will have them submit posts of a set length one at a time, and analyze it with them teaching them how to increase the quality of their work, and gradually make the requirements climb higher and higher until I believe that they have reached a grade of 90% or higher. I will also stress to them my favorite saying when it comes to literacy “Quality equals quantity, but quantity does not equal quality.” I would also take care in teaching them how to utilize other techniques, such as writing in the style of the character, and learning how to make dialogue flow between characters.

Okay well haha, theatrics is my favorite classes, because dramatics and other things are very important when rp'ing. So whoever is going to be this teacher I'll probably be swinging by quite often checking in as a good headmaster with a zealous manner. So after a while thinking about it, actually lol I guess it took me longer than normal, but after rummaging through other candidates I think were interested in this job, I think you might actually be one of the better people for this role, and so with that we'll see how well everything goes, and hopefully it is as successful as yours in the past. So with that said, welcome to the staff Honsuke Yakura!

User Name: Forsaken_Blessing RPC name: Forsaken Job Applying for: Prezion Teacher..err, precision teacher. Qualification for your job: This all might be heresay, but I'm a Creative Writing Major in college, so I think I know a thing or two about proper spelling/grammar. I support good grammar, and get annoyed very easily when it is not used. This does not mean that everyone has to spell everything completely correct, but separation of sentences and correct punctuation are very nice, and very irritating to look at when not done correctly. How you might run your class: More than likely (and this is just me brainstorming here) but ask for a writing sample, either one from the top of their heads or from another post/guild/whatever else, look it over, and point out the major errors. For people a little more advance, start pointing out smaller spelling mistakes, like commonly made mistakes. Grammar though, will in my classroom, always come before smaller spelling errors.

Well I am glad those that consider these positions are actually quite experienced in the subject they pick. Hopefully this means that we'll get some good classes going, and learning well. Although it seems like I am accepting everyone first come first serve kind of basis, I do think about who I accept or not, and put some thought into it. Currently I am happy with the choices I make, but if down the road it does not work out right, as the headmaster I can ask for the resignation of a teacher, and look for someone else who can fill their shoes. So anyways with that said, don't think these jobs are just randomly being handed out when I say...
You've been accepted Forsaken ^_^

User Name: mylittle T R A G E D Y RPC name: Tragedy is fine :3 Job Applying for: Mis doubt fire teacher Qualification for your job: I used to be an auto-hitter, and then after reading some roleplays, I found a way of NOT auto-hitting. I had also joined one of my friends teaching schools, and I plan to use the same technique on how she did so. Everyone knows it's bothersome to be controlled on how you attack/defend yourself when a user does it for you, since that just sucks out the fun~. D: I'm not a major, but when I started around age 11, I could write a good 3-4 paragraphs. I have controlled threads before and I tend to help people who need it. How you might run your class: At first, I would type out a paragraph or two for a starter post. I would have each student type out a paragraph on how they would respond, and point out errors and try to give examples.
Example; If a student says, "Rain attacked the female, making a dire hit in the lower stomach." My response: That's very good, but aiming and acually hitting the person is acually wrong. I suggest saying something like 'Aiming for the lower stomach, Rain ran foreward, launching her attack.'

User Name: TheAwesomeJenna RPC name: Jenna or ma'am Job Applying for: Second Headmaster Qualification for your job: Well, besides the fact that I am a teacher and a tutor I have obtained great quatities of experience in roleplays and other kinds of writing. I am a perfectionist and a nice person so people generally have no problem doing what I ask them. I can make sure the teachers are using proper techniques for teaching and helping their students learn without using any sort of verbal abuse. I'm authoritative and help teachers with positive correction instead of criticism and help them keep their energy up so the student sdon't lose interest. I qualify for every teaching job so I can help every teacher if need be. *pats her back for applying*

Well I have to say, I liked what you did with your thread so far My little Tragedy. It looks really good. I can't see what else you do to it, well anyways lol I told you on pm you were accepted, and well you are ^_^.
As for TheAwesomeJenna, lol well it is a good thing I've known you for a while, because the head master job is going to be an important one and I want someone I can trust. I think you'll do a fine job, so just watch about and make sure everyone is up and running smoothly. I'll probably have a few requests here and there for you, but I am sure you'll be okay with them haha.
Anyways I am extremely happy we got all of these positions filled so far. We just need Mortal God, however I am going to put open on the thing so who knows we might start seeing a flood of people in here.

User Name: Yukito Yu RPC name: Jenora Job Applying for: Mortal God Teacher Qualification for your job: I've been in my share of action-oriented roleplays and so I've gotten used to a lot of different ways people write out their attacking. I'm very knowledgable about different terminology of different fighting styles as well as several weapons. Apart from that, I also enjoy when my character loses a fight. Hurray for injuries! How you might run your class: I figure that I would basically run it like a sparring match. I would attack and see how the student writes back. I would then comment on what was good or needed improvement and then attack them again, etc. I'm pretty patient so I don't see myself getting frustrated and I'm told I'm pretty good at explaining myself in several different ways if the person doesn't get it the first time.
