While browsing the GCD, I came across a discussion about the Halloween event for this year.
Apparently, at the last convention Gaia was at, they announced some of the Von Helson family was coming back, and the theme was vampires.
Personally, I would like to see a futuristic, robotic sort of theme.
I do like the idea of a vampire one as well though.
What do you guys think about the theme?
Assuming this is the theme, how do you think they'll tie it into Christmas?
Are there other possible Halloween event themes you have in mind?

Wow.
The guild sure is dead tonight.
I guess it is fourth of July...anyone from the US is watching fireworks or doing something illegal, no doubt.

Vampires is a good theme, but I wonder how they would come about introducing it. >.< Because anyone whose read vampire fiction knows that there needs to be a vampire to begin with in order for more to come about. Is there, like, a vampire living here on Gaia that no one knows about?
And as for illegal acts.. Anything that goes into the air is illegal in Michigan, so most everyone around here was breaking the law. Granted, attacking your neighbor's house with bottle rockets is a little more than everyone else (There were two of us attacking my neighbor's house, though, so it wasn't all me.. >.>)... And the police were out like dogs this year because some woman had a firework explode in her face because she just had to reach over it while it was lit. Idiot.. Those bastards took at least $200 worth of fireworks from us. ;0; Big.. illegal.. fireworks.. >.>

Ooh vampires...a little cliche for Halloween though isn't it? eh, idk, I like the robotic idea. razz What have they done in the past? Is it like a storyline or something? Like w/ quests & stuff?
