As almost no one replied this idea, I'm putting here for some days. If the idea is accepted, then we'll have a conworld to go with the conlang. At the same time y'all can provide ideas for the conworld.
We could even do it with a point system RPG-like, so one couldn't destroy a completely detailed civilization from nothing.

I like the idea, but the collaborative conlang isn't doing so well right now.
I personally have no idea how to go about assembling a conworld, but I can try to give it a shot.

How about starting with climate/environment of said conworld's main inhabitants? (Assuming it's a small population, such as was the case with early humans, Neanderthals, etc.)
Or where do the primary speakers of the conlang reside? (climate/region-wise)
Or what said climate is predominant on the conworld? Is it mostly desert? Forest/Rainforest? Oceans, small islands and atolls? tundra and permafrost regions?
I say maybe a land primarily tundra, peppered with countless lakes. And towards the equator, seas and regions resembling boreal forests (but slightly warmer) start to appear. And if the conlang isn't restricted to any particular national or regional populace, How about the conlang's native speakers reside around frozen lakeshores, boring through the ice on the semi-frozen lakes for their supplies of fresh water?
(I'm just brain-storming here)
