Seika lapped at the puddle. She stood on three feet as her right front leg was still broken. The humorous, ulna, and radius were each broken in half. She waited for Koana to come. They had just left the cave with Frenka and Lazera.
Lazera . . . She snarled at the very thought. Value all life . . . Bah! Impossible! She hated Lazera's logics and couldn't believe Frenka, soon-to-be Elder of the Akatsuki Tribe liked her. No problem in that, to be sure. Just if she tried to kill Lazera, she'd get thrown out even if Lazera started it. Feh! She can't value my lifenow!
She straightened as much as her back and leg would allow her. Her head still throbbed with agonizing pain from when that tree fell on her head when she had just hatched. She sighed and eagerly waited Koana's arrival.

Koana ran throughout the water as he smiled and came over to Seika, was it him, or was she bigger? His eyes flashed with excitement as he managed to look at himself, they had both grown alittle! He smiled, "Hey, we grew!" He said quickly. His tail lashed around as he sat down and sighed now, "I wonder what being a Shaman will be like." He said in a question-like tone. His ears twitched as he looked around. Many interested, or bad things were happening to them both. They shared the same bad luck. Everything the same, he looked around again. "Hows your paw?" He asked, Blank-minded.

Seika turned to look at him. "I really don't know . . . All three bones are each snapped in half . . . I really don't think that's good . . . How's your training coming?" She sighed. Her leg needed treatment, fast. She didn't think it was good to have a broken paw when grown. She sat down and her broken leg retracted to her chest, off the ground and relieved of pressure.

"Good... Maybe.. Maybe I could help you." He said. His tail came around to his legs as he smiled again. He wanted to help her so badly, but his training was not completed, and he didn't even know what herb to use to help her bone! He sighed as he thought about all the things Akuma had taught him. Maybe he would have to use afew types of herbs mixed together.

Seika looked at him, her eyes gleaming with hope. "You could?" Her red eyes glittered. She looked down at her broken leg and blinked. Maybe the pain will finally be over . . . She let out a relieved sigh and nuzzled Koana. "Thank . . . you . . ." It was the first time she had ever said such a thing, yet she still didn't smile . . .

"Yes, I could." He said reasuring her. He thought for a moment and remembered what Akuma told him in what to wrap a leg in, when foxes have a broken bone. "Bamboo Stalk!" He said excited as he looked at Seika and darted over to find some, he looked around and sighed now. "We need that. But I see none anywhere." He said as his head fell down. "Maybe we could sneak over to the Bamboo Tribe and steal some.." He joked.

"Huh, we could. There's bamboo growing outside their territory as well. Hey, ask Akuma if she could sneak several stalks and a whole lot of seeds. If what you say is true, then we could grow Bamboo in the new territory that Akuma has mapped out. She could go grow Bamboo over there while Frenka gets everyone ready for the Great Modifox Exodus." She said the last couple of words with a little chuckle.

"True..." He said. Koana looked around and examined the area and he sighed. "I wonder where Akuma is now..." He murmured again as he looked around again. He felt unconfortable just saying all this, but he wanted to help Seika.

Seika's ears twitched. Her eyes narrowed. "I feel like she's close. It smells like it. I know that I've found her scent and she's . . . tearing something judging by the noises. What she's tearing I don't know. It could be an herb, it could be an animal. She's quite a vicious fox . . ."
((I'll throw Akuma in now XD))

((And just because I feel like it, I'll bring Taka in, maybe that could be what Akuma's tearing up? ;D))
"She is close by.." Koana said as he wandered over to some trees and climbed onto them. His curiousity got the better of him as his red and white eyes gazed out over the tree tops. he gasped, "It sounds like...Akuma...Is Tearing up a fox!" He said to Seika.

((No, Way to psychotic for her to be tearing Taka up without a good, decint fight. And even after Akuma wins, she cackles evily and leaves them to their misery XD))
Seika's eyes narrowed as she crept into the bushes. Akuma wasn't tearing up another fox. She was tearing up a small, newborn bunny nibbling at something. An herb, was it? "No you silly! It's a bunny!" She snapped in a harsh whisper. Akuma's ears perked up. Someone was in the bushes and another one was in the trees. Aaah, Seika and Koana . . . She sighed with relief. "Come on, you two, I'm still young. I don't have any hearing loss or lack of smell and eyesight." She let out a rueful laugh not out of pity, but out of pure fun.

A black fox wandered the treetops as red eyes gazed out at the ground, and a sly smile appeaered on the fox. Taka was expecting kits not to soon now, tehy would be Bamboo and Amores, that would be good. She might be able to bring one of her kits to Amores for life. Ears twitched as she jumped tree to tree and now stopped, she gasped, standing below her was 2 kits, and Akuma. Taka let out a growl and hid in the shadows. Koana looked at Seika "Opps.." He murmured as he revealed himself to Akuma. She was hunting but it seemed like it had been a fox. He now scented another female nearby. She seemed to grow lowly as he heard it.

Akuma's smirk faded. She looked up and saw Taka there. She growled and stood protectively over Seika and Koana, as if they were kits of her own. She knew Taka. She could go in a Rage and kill them, especially since Seika had a broken leg.
Seika looked at Akuma as she stood over them. "There is another fox above us. Is it dangerous?" Seika was confused. Akuma was guarding them. The other fox was a female. Could she hurt them? She arched her painful back and got into a defensive stance. She didn't want to be looked down upon as a target and mistreated . . . As she was before . . .

Taka sighed as she jumped down, she looking at the black and white kit, he reminded her so much of herself, "Don't worry Akuma. . . I'm defenseless. If you tried to attack me, i'd stand hopeless." She said, not caring if the female did attack her. She sighed again as her red eyes turned and looked away. She was fatter actually, since she was carrying kits.

Akuma straightened, her defensive pose faded into a stand. "Well, then. So you're not on a rage right now hm?" She attempted a smirk, which had more of a snarl instead.
Seika looked at the two females. Obviously something had happened in their past that was causing this conflict. She got out of her own defensive pose and waited for the other female to reply to Akuma. Rage? Attack? What's going on? She was still confused.
