Jeff Hardy did not come out dued to him not being a Smackdown superstar. However, he gave his belt to Matt to defend.
((If we win, I'm not taking Jeff back to ECW. I already have Lashley for ECW. That's why I left him there and brough Jeff to Smackdown. Besides, Jeff's in a faction))
