My name is Tao Herzig.
My favorite genere is shoujo/fantasy ,I wish there were more anime made based on this genere , or more of demonic , vampire related anime.
More anime where the heroine is a female , I also like other types , and I like many anime where the heroine is a male , but what I found was 70% Heroine males while 30% Heroine females.
My favorite animation style of anime is the animation of Fushigi Yuugi , or Ayashi No Ceres , I also liked Fruits Basket animation a lot smile .

I will personally prefer an anime which would be more like the manga's plot from where it originally came from.
Trinity Blood , Or Violinist Of Hameln are good examples for that.

Lately I've noticed that most anime end tragically , or with an open ending
, I know a lot of people like tragic endings but..I don't , some anime ending happily would be nice and less anime with open endings,the way the new anime are lately give a very depressing feeling at the end.

It would be nice to have some new anime made based on one of the mangas made by Karoi Yuki or Yuu Watase or Shinjo Mayu.

My name is Anne and I am 18 years old. I live in Cleveland Ohio. My interests include reading, anime/manga, hanging out with friends, and listening to almost any type of music.

I love the fact that anime and manga is so much easier to get now. When I first got interested in anime and manga you had to go out of your way to find a store that caried mercandise and most stuff was imported. My main consern with anime and manga is the pricing and dubing. I dont mind if an anime has to be edited so it can be show on tv as long as resonably prised uncut dvds are released with a japanese language track. This does not seem to happen though. If an uncut version is released you usualy get 3 episodes for $30 and that is a rip off, $10 an episode is way too expensive. I also feel that some mangas are over priced. $10-15 for a manga is too much, especialy if it is a long series. I think $7 is a more resonable price. I can tell you right now that I rarely ever spend over $7 on a new manga. Another thing I like is when it is left as close as posible to the origional. This incudes things like keeping it Right to left, leaving names alone, and keeping japanese sound affects with side notes to what they mean. Another thing i have noticed in some video games is that there is an option to switch back to the origional japanese voices, I like this option in my games since i usualy prefer the japanese voice actors to the English ones. Over all many companeys are moving in the right direction I think just a few things could be changed.
