How many generations later the RPG takes place after the main characters died?

How many generations later the RPG takes place after the main characters died?

Direct decendants from the original characters but most of the original characters died because of a nation spread disease.

why can't it just be S-Rank Jutsu = 1x per battle, A-Rank Jutsu= 2x, B-Rank = 3x and etc.
