Have you recently read something, or heard of something that you'd like to share or get an idea on? If you have, post it here! We would *LOVE* you to share your favorite books, and even ask a question about a specific book that others may have read. I know we have all been to the bookstores and we are bombarded with *SO* many books at once. It is hard to know that you are choosing a good book, but maybe someone here has read it. From the advice given, we should be able to share our good (and bad) experiences with books.
Books, magazine articles, magazines, and websites are all very much welcome to be added to the list.

Thyna i have a really good book published by Readers Digest that tells you the different uses for various plants, and how to prepare them. Including things like salves, ointments, and various methods for making Teas and tinctures. The Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants by Andrew Chevallier (cost me about $50.00 Canadian) Other books I have: Encyclopedia of Herbs & Their Uses by Deni Brown (also published by Reader's Digest) also cost me $50.00 Canadian Health through God's Pharmacy by Maria Treben (published by Ennstaler Verlag, Steyr) cost me $30.00 Canadian, and available in 23 languages.

I recently picked up a book titled
A Pocket Guide to Herbs by Jenny Linford Published by Parragon
It's a similar style to the Readers Digest ones I mentioned with good pictures and a description of the plant and its uses.
