Has anybody watched/listened to this before?

It was a Naruto radio show that aired in Japan, showcasing many of the seiyuu from Naruto. 3nodding If you're into the seiyuu at all, this is definately worth listening to, because "only in this program do you get to hear your favourite characters go wild and act out-of-character!"
