I might as well mention, for those of you wants to see a (small) early character list, click on Dokuto's sig. We have about 11 characters that we are planning to make (currently), me 5 Dokuto 6.
But in total we are planning on having dozens of characters (about 60) as well as unlockable ones (as soon as we can figure out a good way to do it.)
Once we get more members, production will move at a lightning rate and there will be less chances of character glitches.

Ooo, exciting! I'd love to help, and have lots of ideas to contribute, however, I have no idea how to make characters, so teach me that and I'll be sure to help!

Cool. The first/easiest step to learn the basics is to go to naruto.burke-works.com forums, then go to the download section and download the narutorials, they'll basically tell you what you need and teach you the basics of coding as well as giving you some blank files to use for coding (I recommed copying them once you get them.)

You could get the Narutorials from the site,or you could use the Dokutorial((Me.))

There are 9500 Rock Lees,but we need an original one.When you get a sprite sheet you bring it up to Paint shop pro,click image at the top,decrease color depth to 256.Then when its at that click edit pallet and swith Lees outline color with the background color((ex:If the background color is 128,0,128 and the outline is 0,0,0 you would make the one that was 128,0,128 to 0,0,0 and the same the other way.))

When you extract the files from what I told you to get you will get blank.cns,blank.cmd and stuff like that.Copy and paste them.You will use those for making characters.
