As you may, or may not know, I've just joined this guild and I have been checking out all of the different villages. It has come to my attention that most of which are desserted. Inactivity has eaten this great guild up and I hate to see it this way because it is actually a gun place to rp. Many of the Kage's don't post anymore, people join then don't even make an attempt at profiles.
I'm sorry if this seems a little random or out of place, but I hate to see guilds of this calibur falling.

I know I am new here, but I have a ton of experience when it comes to guilds. If you would let me, I am sure I could bring alot of literate, active members to this guild. I know many people that would join if they knew about it, and I am sure that if you too would make a small effort, say sending PM to current members, it would help greatly.
I apologize if to you it seems I am speaking out of line, but I can help.

It is kind of scary how empty the place is.
It's just that people have lives outside of Gaia and in order to participate in this kind of RP environment, you need to make a commitment.
Plus, it's also a prime vacation time right now, if you're in the States that is.
It also depends on the time zone on whether or not you'll see people when you're on.

I know that, but then again alot of kids do just sit home all summer. I mean, that is basically what I am doing whenever I don't have practice.

The lack of activity effects all the new members...
While the guild is great and all, the current inactive portion of it does significantly lower said greatness..
It really is a shame. Maybe a guild cleanup of members is in order? Like say anyone who hasn't posted in a month that's been here that long or more be booted out? (Just a suggestion.. sweatdrop )

Yea... I mean, I can understand why people need breaks. Or loose interest. But then when a new member joins, expecting a huge guild filled with activity and constant RPness between villages... sweatdrop
But I guess we did find activity in a village. biggrin There is activity! But I'm kind of worried that eventually there'll only be a few villages that are still really working with each other.

As Kage of the grass village I feel your sorrow but it seems that there are other things that must first be taken care of. the guild itself just needs an overhaul
