Delicious vegan cinnamon rolls! Even my omnivore family loves them. :]]
If you aren't vegan & don't have soy milk [etc.] on hand, you can always substitute with animal-products.

    You need:
    For the rolls
    4 tablespoons granulated vegan sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 & 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
    2 tablespoons vegan margarine, softened
    1/4 cup raisins [optional]

    For the glaze

    1 & 1/3 cups powdered sugar
    2 tablespoons milk

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan.
    2. In small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; set aside.
    3. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 2/3 cup soy milk and 2 tablespoons sugar until dough forms. If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick mix (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle.
    4. Turn the dough onto a surface well dusted with Bisquick mix; gently roll dough in the Bisquick mix to coat. Shape the dough into ball; knead 10 times.
    5. Roll the dough into a 15x9-inch rectangle; spread with the margarine. Then, sprinkle the margarine-coated surface evenly with the sugar mixture and the raisins. Roll up tightly, beginning at 15-inch side.
    6. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut the roll into 1 1/4-inch slices; place cut sides down in pan.
    7. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
    8. In medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons soy milk until smooth. Spread glaze over warm rolls.

Yum! Looks good! I'm a vegan also. (I'm allergic to milk, otherwise I would be a vegiterian... and I don't eat eggs and things like that.)
Soy milk is for Lactose people, right?

Yep, lactose-intolerant people can drink soy milk.
But it's for anybody - it's delicious, good for you, and totally animal-free & cruelty-free.

Ahh! Looks yummy, I'm trying that at my birthday. I'm the only vegetarian one of all my school-I'm talkin literal here. So it's really sucky like that I can never find good recipies that people actually use other than on stuff like Peta2 and yahoo answers, etc. !
