Contest moderators
NO ONE.
If you'd like to become a contest moderator, you may ask for permission in this thread. Contest moderators will make sure contests are run right, and fair. They will also run contests if they wish. They also have the power to remove / take charge of your contest if you aren't taking care of it, or if you for some reason have been inactive.
People currently running contests
If you'd like to run a contest, post in this thread before you run a contest so I can post it in this post.

I've also decided that the contest forum will be a literate forum. Just so that if we have new comers here, they can come in this forum, get comfortable with the people in our guild first before going out and typing like a crazy man.
I'm not banning our language, you may still spell however you want.
Just don't make fun of the literates.
