Please keep in mind the following. With the adjustments to the battle system, techniques may be stronger or weaker than originally intended. Also - you may only learn a technique if it has been taught to you by the original user. Techniques may be copied in play with difficulty, and with the approval of the original creator. Because each technique is unique to its user, we will not be putting up a technique listing for Zanjutsu or Hakuda. If you have a style/move that has been approved, but does not yet have any statistics to it, please refrain from using it until you can get it approved again, with the technical aspect added. The original thread may be found in the Guild Archived Thread II forum.
Also note that where it says Strength/Agility, this refers to one or the other, not both, depending on if your style is strength, or speed based.
Zanjutsu Format

It is a single, focused slash with the user's weapon. Although it dramatically decreases the damaging power of the user's attack it focuses the user's strike to allow for an equally dramatic increase in his/her chance to hit. This effects of this technique is void ('does not work') if the user attacks more than once during their attacking phase with a melee/ranged weapon. The technique is also void if the user's Hp is beneath 50% or if the user's Rp is beneath 10%. This technique requires a level of focus--meaning that the technique cannot be mastered if the user is in a state of extreme mental illness/pain. Reiatsu Cost: N/A Requirements: Level - 10 Zanjutsu - 60 Strength - 20 Damage: Damage = Original Damage / 3 Attack Bonus = Original Attack Bonus * 2

Name: Kujiku Kiriai - Break the Crossing Sword (lit: Break Crossing Swords) Art: Zanjutsu Description: Instead of getting out of the way of the attack, the off hand weapon is used to 'break' the opponent's sword swing. If successful, it throws the opponent off balance. Once off balanced, the opponent must regain balance or await a crushing blow as the next sword swing is made with the whole weight of the daisho user in an all-out, downward, diagonal slash. Requirements: Daisho Level 4 Zanjutsu - 25 Agility - 12 Awareness - 12 Intelligence - 22 Damage: ??
Notes: off balance is the same as being 'flat footed' in which agility and awareness are not added to the next dodge roll in the case of this attack, immediate retaliation (attack roll) is not possible if dodge fails

ChaosHuntress Kujiku Kiriai - Break the Crossing Sword
Suraisu Reiatsu - Slicing Reiatsu The first technique has been modified, and is approved with those modifications. When this technique is used the user forfeits one attack in order to perform the technique, but receive full strength bonus regardless of which hand they use. The second technique is not approved, as it is not really a technique, but something that all shinigami can do. What this is talking about is more increasing their own reiatsu pressure, which can be done by expending RP. It doesn't require a technique, but can be done when chosen, by any Shinigami with enough knowledge of their weapon.

Name: tsuchi she-ka (earths scream) Art: Zanjutsu Description: The user jumps high into the air forming his Reiatsu in the Zanpakuto, as they came to the ground the wielder pierces the ground as the Reisatu flows from the blade it snakes its way to the defender and sends a jagged piece of earth upwards.

Name: bouseki hirate (spinning palm) Art: Hakuda Description: The user hits in the ribs with a open palm twice with each hand and the final blow comes from underneath. The user bends down and comes up with spinning motion to the jaw as he launches himself upwards the defender is knocked off his feet.

Name: Rhino gachan (Rhino slam) Art: Hakuda Description: The user lets their enemy charge at them, when their enemy comes they take their first attack and use it to spin them around till they are dizzy and slam them into the nearest surface.

Name: Kage e-su (Shadow Ace) Art: Zanjutsu Description: The user simply shifts their Zanpaktou to a upside down position letting the handle upwards and the blade point downwards. As this occurs every hit that smashes the blade a puff of black smoke forms catching the attacker off-balance. This is due to the blade is still straight up, but not seen.

Stabbing the blade into the ground 4 columns raise. Charging the Reisatsu into both hands Karite slams them into the ground to gain control of the pillars. Using the shadows casted off the pillirs he moves his hands in towards the blade and controls the shadows squeezing the target into submission.

But you dont hit the person you stop your fist before it hits the person. Reiatu flickers threw the hand and the opponenet see's a flicking motion of blue in the air before the reiatsu is forced at the oppoenent. Rp: 20

Unfortunately, because you kinda filled out the technical aspects of them wrong, I can't approve them, because they're confusing me just slightly. And the damage ratio is too high. If you want to talk to me about these over messenger, I've got you added on all three. Also, please keep in mind that when we ask for Str/Agl in the technical aspect, we're asking for a score for one or the other as a requirement, not an indication of which it is. Extra stats used should go below the ones we already have listed, so like with your first technique, it would read:

I'm going to pose the same words to you that I said to Nightzblade. Please adjust the way the technical stats are written, and I'll go about approving it from there. We have the format a certain way to make things easier on me, and I don't want to have to read a jumbled up amount of stuff. As far as the technique itself, once you adjust the technicals, we'll see about setting damage to it. This reminds me just slightly of a Reiatsu Gun style attack, which reminds me slightly of Yu Yu Hakushou. xD

Nightzblade Technical adjustments/approval notices are as follows Kage Odori - Not Approved - This is more of a shikai or bankai technique than a normal zanjutsu technique. Doragon Rotasu - Pending - The stats are okay, but the description makes no sense. Give us some clarification, and we'll see about reviewing it again. Tsuchi She-Ka - Approved RP:25 Requirements: Level: 5 Strength: 25 Reiatsu: 20 Zanjutsu: 25 Damage: Standard Zanjutsu Damage + 2 per 5 RP spent in cost for a max of 10. Bouseki Hirate - Approved Rp: 5 per hit Requirements: Level: 17 Strength: 15 Reiatsu: 20 Agility: 30 Hakuda: 30 Damage: Base Hakuda Damage + 1 point per each RP spent per blow, for a max of 5 extra damage per blow. Rhino Gachan - Approved Technique Effect: You forgo a dodge, and when you attempt to attack your opponent, you forfeit all other attacks that round to use this attack. You receive a bonus to hit equal to the bonus you would have received to your dodge, agility & awareness, which are instead applied to your attack bonus, along with all other standard attack bonuses. Requirements are good. Those don't need to be changed. Damage: 3-12 + Standard Str & Hakuda Mods Kage E-Su - Not Approved - This attack is too overpowered. Throwing someone off balance requires quite a bit of sacrifice. You're negating their ability to do much of anything. This would need a complete rewrite before being approved. Ketteiteki Kire - Approved Duration of this technique is one round per five RP spent in the cost, this makes it a maximum of five posts. RP: 25 Requirments: Level: 4 Strength: 20 Agility: 18 Reiatsu: 20 Reiatsu Control: 30 Hakuda: 20 Damage: 2-8 + Standard Hakuda Mods This also turns the damage dealt from subdual (non-lethal) to lethal damage. Ketteiteki Otakebi - Approved Rp: 35 Requirments: Level: 15 Reiatsu Control: 65 Reiatsu: 40 Awareness: 40 Effect: Target loses the awareness and hohou modifier to their damage for three rounds. This does not effect shikai based barriers which add to dodge. Batsu Reikyuu - Not Approved - This is more like a shikai technique than a normal zanjutsu technique. Grizzly Oujou Haji - Not Approved - The technique is very vague. You need to make it more specific, and submit it for reapproval. Chi Deruta Dageki - Not Approved - We're currently not allowing techniques that are not shikai or bankai based, that allow a user to drain the reiatsu of another. Kangaru Sakugu - Not Approved - This isn't really a 'technique', its more just a series of attacks, which you can achieve with the dice. Suteppusu Tame Makai Ryou - Not Approved - This technique would require you to be an extremely high level, and in addition, striking someone until they hit the ground doesn't qualify as an technique, just a series of attacks, like above. Hebi Baito Kyoubou - Not Approved - This technique would require a very high number of hakuda attacks, as there is no actual list which states the exact number of pressure points in the body, but just the head, neck and chest area is upwards of 20. Aoi Tsume - Not Approved - The way this is described, is throwing reiatsu, which is more of a kidou technique than a hakuda technique. Nightzblade Grizzly Oujou Haji - Not Approved - 'Crushing their skull' would be considered an instant kill, not going to fly, especially not as a level 2 skill. Don't submit this one again. Chi Deruta Dageki - Not Approved - This is more like a shikai or kidou technique. If it was a move in a style, it would be something like a final surekill technique, something that a master might learn. As a level 4 technique, this is way too overpowered. Modify it extremely, and try again. Kangaru Sakugu - Not Approved - Same reason I stated before. You can achieve this with the dice, and it isn't really a 'style' or 'technique'. It would require two attacks in a round, something not even possible until you reach level 5 and gain your second hakuda attack. Suteppusu Tame Makai Ryou - Not Approved - This technique would require more than one hit, not suitable for level 2, and again, is something that you could achieve just with the rolls of the dice. Hebi Baito Kyoubou - Not Approved - Eight is a lot of rounds, and it requires at least six hits. This is far beyond a level five technique. The concept is okay, the damage isn't, and the technical elements need revamping.
