Effect: The user charges the reiatsu through his hand and focus it tell it turns into lighting. once the lighting begins to jump the user hits the ground sending it spiking towards the target the jumping up and shocking their body and its nervous system.

Nightzblade Name: Heki Za Tsuiraku San - [Burst Of the Falling Sun] Art: Hadou #44 Effect: The user charges the reiatsu through his hand and focus it tell it turns into lighting. once the lighting begins to jump the user hits the ground sending it spiking towards the target the jumping up and shocking their body and its nervous system. Damage: 90-140 + 2 per 10 kidou ranks the user has. If the attack is successful, the target is stunned for a single round (post). Effect: The user of this Hadou must bring their hands to the center of his/her chest, fingers intertwining. Focusing reiatsu into their hands, the user pulls the hands apart, forming bands of reiatsu between fingers. The energy then must be forced into one palm or another before it can be released at an enemy. The closer the attack comes to the enemy, the brighter it becomes. The trail of the weapon is five loose wraps of energy tied to appear like a comet's tail. The lower one's life is, the stronger this attack becomes.
Damage: [5-15] +2/+4 to max/min per 10 Kidou ranks. Also +3/+5 to max/min when HP reaches below 50%.
Reiatsu Cost: 20

They are silhouettes with 'reiatsu burned tattoos' clearly identifying each. These tattoos are of the phoenix, the dragon, the tiger, and the turtle. The user glows golden as each figure, in turn, shares his power. This supports both a temporary increase in power for the user and a strong, piercing 'beam' of concentrated reiatsu to harm the target.

Effect: The user binds invisible strings of reiatsu around the target's lungs, making it hard for the target to breath. The skill isn't strong enough to actually choke, but it gets the job done by slowing the reaction time of the target. The opponent loses their agility mod to dodge for one post.
Breaking: Reiatsu Check DC: 10 + User Reiatsu modifier + 2 Per point 10 points in kidou the caster have.

Effect: The user forms their reiatsu into a sword, in the shape of a standard, non descript zanpakto. The sword itself glows, its color reflecting the users innermost personality. As soon as the sword solidifies, the blade shatters into dozens of pieces and surround the user. A burst of wind then shoots from the user, propelling the blades at high velocities in all directions. The locations of the shards before the blast can be controlled by the user, allowing them to focus the attack on one area or avoid harming allies.
Damage: ReiMod x 3 + 2 per 10 ranks in ReiControl +2/+4 to max/min per 10 Kidou ranks.
Reiatsu Cost: 45
Requirements:

# Intelligence: 20+
Chant: Tides of life, winds of change, rain death upon all who oppose!

Approved with the modified damage.
As far as the reserving of numbers.. we're reserving higher numbers for the moderator team, but that's all. If you want to do a specific technique otherwise, you'll have to just try to get it done before anyone else does, and also need to keep in mind that we have the right to change numbers as we see fit.
