Well, let's get the best topic out of the way, right away, ey?
Who here raises Chao? If so, how do you raise them, who are your favourites, what stats, what names, who do you use to raise them, hero or dark? Could they beat Charcon while blindfolded? Perhaps you just like the character design, or Cheese the WonderChao biggrin Let your voice be heard biggrin
I have 2 Chao who I love, one is a "Super Sonic" type Chao, named Goldie who I raised on my Gameboy Advance from his SA1DX egg and is my strongest natural chao by far. She's neutral, adorable and can never find anyone to mate with sad Poor Goldie! I still love you!
My other one is my downloaded Tails Chao Milesy, whom I adore and trained to practically full stats using the GBA, he's the cutest little thing too ^.^ sadly, as he's immortal and non-natural I cannot get him and Goldie to create an egg. Ah well, cest la vie!
Any more Chao lovers out there?

Milesy just stalks around being the tough guy and keeping an eye on the kiddies, but at least Goldie and Belial (a dark phoenix chao) managed to get it together in the end, and cheer Goldie up a little. I doubt that Goldie'd approve of the company little Auric (gold phoenix/draconic hybrid) runs with, though - too many fangs and too much black. There're Jordi and Novalis - the two elder stateschao of my garden, who have the vaguely psychadelic (phoenix wings on both, with Novalis sporting a unicorn horn and Jordi sporting a phoenix crest), and a whole gaggle of little chao before their first evolution (including a metallic pink with an S stat in swimming), but I only tend to give my chao names after their first evolution, when I know something about their appearances and personalities - so those little guys don't have names yet. They live in the Hero Garden. Their defining personality trait is: spoilt rotten. Any character petting any one of them is immediately mobbed by the rest. Downstairs in the Dark Garden live Belial, Gothbat (dark flier) and the baby "Storm Chao" brigade (pearlescent white with egg shell helmets), along with another set of unnamed dark babies. smile The neutral garden is no-chao's land. Milesy and Goldie - having had the advantage of intensive GBA training - are the powerhouses in the championship races, with Milesy having beaten everything on offer in every chao sub-game available. My guys're happy to just play around in the beginner levels, and stockpile their toys. smile

*Laughs* Good to see the family is growing then, Nua! When I'm in the garden with the Chao, which is rare I admit, I tend to be reserved about the amount of attention I give them, just let them have a run around and if they hurt themselves or want attention/food I'll come'a'running.
Let me know how the Pink-Chao grows up, I'd love to see that little fella after evoloution, especially if you decide to go for a pink NiGHTS Chao biggrin

I heavily doubt I'll be ka-knock-knocking ripping my shirt and screaming "GAMECUBE!!! GAMECUBE WHERE ARE YOU!?!?!!" Plus, you did me a big favour by helping me quit gaming. *Sucks Kingdom Hearts dry* ...80 hours of gameplay... I can't get anything more out of it ;.; I'm such an addict...

I once had this green-striped Shadow Chao named Shogun who, of course, specialized in speed.
He was pretty awesome. Dragon horns, wings, and tail, otter whiskers, penguin flippers, feet and brows, and tiger ears. He was my favorite, and not too shabby a Chao.
I can't remember the rest, I'd have to check.

Well if it's causing you offense, I'll take them back eventually, I don't want to upset you or anything. But gaming doesn't mean anything to me anymore. I waste enough time on meaningless crap as it is.

Besides, it doesn't sound like you've given up gaming if there are some games you're planning to get.It's purely to keep up with the continuity so I'm not alienated from communities and such which I am in :p
