I realize that - I just couldnt find a good pic of a Gelgoog - and yeah Alex is awesome - Bernie did well considering that he only had a Zaku with a heat hawk though

The mobile suit he piloted, the MS-06FZ, Zaku II Kai, is a powerful Zaku unit, possibly the strongest of it's kind, so it held up good against a Gundam, but the key factor was Christina's lack of experience. She was still a rookie pilot, so she couldn't have used the Gundam to it's full potential. And, she wasn't a newtype.

Its got a 360 degree screen - all in a continuous round screen - its really cool

The Gundam GP03 also has a panorama cockpit, but with a more advanced design.

I think I might have Hobo make one from the wreakage you found - its an awesome design for a cockpit - supreme visibility

I agree. The Panorama concept came from the Gundam Alex and was standard for every advanced mobile suit from 0083 and so on. Hence, why the Gundam Mk. II, the Zeta Gundam, and even the Rick Dias all had panoramic cockpits.
