Last year, during the summer, I played with one of my friends almost everyday. (I am a grade ahead, we met in a split class).
Anyways, we met almost everyday and I felt really comfortable around her. Now that it is summer time, I have been thinking about hanging around with her again. (going swimming, and stuff like that)
But lately, shes been very...mean. She swears alot over little things, and she doesn't care if she gets grounded. And well, she just doesn't seem like the person I knew last summer, I don't know what kind of advice I'm looking for, but, I just needed to let all that out.
I guess what I'm asking is, do you girls have any advice on how to work everything out? sweatdrop

well that sucks. i don't really have any advice but i have the same problem. i dropped the friendship though. she just wouldn't change and then she started to be really mean and tell lies about me.

gothic_bleach well that sucks. i don't really have any advice but i have the same problem. i dropped the friendship though. she just wouldn't change and then she started to be really mean and tell lies about me. Aww, that stinks. >.< About you having to drop your friendship because of her. I might drop my friendship with her as well.

She is probably having some problems right now. I really don't know what to say about it. Just try to talk to her more and spend more social time. Sorry for the lame advice.

My best guess would be hormones or family troubles.
If she doesn't want to be around people, just give her space.
If she does need someone, be there for her.

It's probably just puberty. Since you used the word "play", I'm guessing you're young.
She might just be growing up faster than you. I've never seen a heart that I couldn't break.
