He braves a blizzard on Caradhras.
He fights goblins in the mines of Moria.
He fights orcs on the banks of the Anduin.
He walks the Paths of the Dead.
He fights Haradrim and those dudes who ride Mumakil.
He kills an Oliphaunt.
He fights like a hero in the Battle of the Black Gate.
And all through this, he has not one hair out of place. Not one! You'd think he'd get dirty, or sweaty, or his hair would get messed up at least, but NOOOO, he does all this amazing dangerous heroic adventurous stuffs, but he still looks perfect, the very picture of an elven Prince, fairest of all the born races! He looks flawless without trying, whereas I struggle for hours just to get to "acceptable"!!!! IT'S NOT FAIR, I TELL YOU!!!!!!

Aw Gally's jealous....actually I think there was a couple of scenes here he got a lil scruffy though....although not as bad as Eowyn and not as rugged as Aragorn =P

I think he got scruffiest in Helm's Deep.

All the other characters get sweaty and dirty in the battles, even Elrond in the flashback, so there isn't even the excuse of "well he's an elf so he's special"

I think Eowyn looked better when she was travel-worn. She didn't look so pale and cold and brittle and fragile. She looked less like a snowflake, more like a flower.

Legolas' perfection is annoying, but Arwyn makes me more jealous. She just kind of sits back and looks beautiful for three movies...

Almsivi Legolas' perfection is annoying, but Arwyn makes me more jealous. She just kind of sits back and looks beautiful for three movies...  Fate made us sisters,....
At least Legolas does something in the movie who cares if he looks perfect. And agreed that Arwyn does just sit back and look beautiful for three movies, makes me jealous of her XD
....but love made us friends.

Maybe I just wasn't paying attention the first time I read the books, but I was caught off guard by Arwen marrying Aragorn. The only reason I see for the scenes with Arwen in the movies is to show the love story between her and Aragorn so it doesn't seem so out of the blue at the end to someone who hadn't read the books.
