Okay.
So, I think I was raped a few years ago.
I've had memory problems ever since an accident two years ago, and I've been slowly regaining my memories.
Today I was just watching t.v., then all of a sudden I remember being pinned down, my clothes getting yanked off, and a guy on top of me, then I felt pain.
That's all I remember right now.
Do you girls think that I may have been raped...? Or no?
I don't know.
I'm really confused. D':
Is my mind just playing tricks on me or what?

yes i think you been raped and i feel really sorrry for you and are you pregnant? Most ppl when they get raped they either die,escape, or get impregnant

I would cautiously say dont leap to conclusions. It certainly sounds like rape...and Im not one to think anyone could imagine up such a traumatic experience but if you dont remember clearly then dont press the issue. You want memories to come back naturally..pressuring yourself to remember may distort events.
Might want to consider calling one of those free anonymous rape hotlines. Talking to someone is always good. Someone who knows something about handling and coping with rape is usually slightly better. We're here for you if you feel like venting to your pengy gal pals. heart

I wouldn't rule any possibilities out.
Trauma can cause repression. I had a "troubled" childhood & have almost no memories of it now; during that time I was sexually abused & raped. I know it happened but I barely remember anything. =/
Since you lost your memories during the accident, it's totally possible to recall a rape. I'm sorry for what happened to you [even if it didn't, I know how painful recovering or experiencing those memories can be.]

According to RAINN [Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network], 25% [or one out of every four] American women have been raped or sexually assaulted. Although pregnancy and murder are possibilities, most women don't end up pregnant or murdered. They are usually raped by close acquaintances & most go unreported. Even when the rapists are prosecuted for their crime, they get off with little or no punishment.

It must have be so.. traumatizing.
We cant judge your memories for you.
I think if you do want help, ask a professional.
For the time being, just either forget about it. (its seems horrifying to remember something like that.i think sometimes its better to forget something bad like that.)
Or keep trying to remember and find out the truth .

It sounds like you have dissociative amnesia.
Anything to do with amnesia, you must go and see a psychologist or psychiatrist of any sorts. So then you can sort out what you think you remember, and you can tell them if you remember anything new so you can come to a conclusion of what might have happened.

Hmm, normally I'd agree, as I was just going to suggest it was dissociative, but this is a tricky topic as most rapes go unreported BECAUSE the victim doesn't remember 'till years later. But you're also human. The human mind can err.
Anyhow, tread carefully with this. Memories like that come flooding back and it hurts. When your mind protects you...it filters things...like a door. If memories come back too quick, especially if you see a psychologist that doesn't know what he/she is doing, then it could cause long term-lasting effects.
Most Freudians suggest fishing that stuff out to figure out what really happened, but I wouldn't go to any psychologist. Make sure they have a MD. Normally I'd suggest a vaginal clock test, but because it's been so long there'll hardly be traces.
But if you're a virgin check if you're hymen is still in place. Although, mind you, mine broke when I was mountain biking xD.
