A friend and I are having a heated debate right now....
My friend thinks that MAX.(Period) is THE hardest song on DDR.
I think that PSMO (PARANOiA Survivor Max Oni) is THE hardest song, PARANOiA -Respect- coming in at a close second.
What are your opinions?

I can see where you're coming from, though. All the Air in the beginning, along with the BPM increase near the end...it is a formidable song, but, the Streams in PSMO almost seem like they could kill someone. .....It's hard doing cross-overs at an average of 580 BPM.

PSMO is much harder that MAX.
MAX. is an overrated piece of s**t that is only difficult because it goes to 600BPM and everyone is like OMG ITZ DEH IMPOSSIBLEZZZ.
It's not an easy song at all, but if you can beat the other MAX songs then it won't give you any trouble. The part where it turns into Paranoia gives you a nice break, and if you memorize (or can just read) the 600 part then you'll have no problem. MAX. requires very little technique, it's mainly just straight run with the occasional turn.
PSMO is pure crossover, pivoting, and turning hell. It starts hard and just gets harder until the death run, where you have to know exactly when and where to turn or you'll be screwed. It also has a much more complex stepchart and has more akward foot movement.
