Don't hit me for voting Eight! He was nice. And the one you'd most want to invite to a sleepover, in my opinion. You could do his hair... and he'd most likely be up for a game of spin-the-bottle... and he'd probably bring jelly babies, too!
Oh, and he was probably the Time War one (can't be sure, we never saw the Time War), even though he was way too nice and sensitive for that sort of thing. The Master tried to kill him, and when said best enemy was about to be sucked into the Eye of Harmony, he tried to risk his own neck to save him! But he wasn't a complete hippie, even if he'd rather threaten himself in order to hijack a motorcycle than anyone else.
Plus, he was arguably the best-looking. Ten's probably cuter, even though he's built like Jack Skellington and dresses like him too, but Five definitely isn't, as he has no eyebrows. Oh, and he was very nearly ginger. Plus, he had a nice voice...
I know if you really don't like him, I can't convince you. Even though you can hardly get annoyed at him for kissing Grace; it's not like Nine and Ten never did any snogging. But if you do like him a bit, but you'd rather vote for one you've seen more of... don't forget Eight!
