What's your favorite type? White? Whole wheat? Sourdough?

    I like Arnold's Double-Fiber Whole Wheat bread. It's vegan. :]]
I think whole-wheat tastes a million times better than white bread, white bread to me is like... eating cardboard... but with calories and almost no vitamins.
But my sister will only eat white bread; no whole-wheat or any whole-grains.

I also love sourdough, especially for making garlic bread & toasting with hummus.

So, what type of bread do you like?

Pretty much any kind for me, just as long as they don't add too much flavoring to it, such as garlic or herbs.

I also prefer fresh baked bread over the packaged stuff. Eating it warm with some butter and jam...mmm...

I love the whole wheat grain-stuffed homemade good-for-you kind. 3nodding In fact, my mom doesn't buy bread from the store anymore, she bakes it.

And I agree with RaiRai, fresh warm bread PWNS. surprised

Growing up, I ate mostly Whole Wheat Health Nut bread and sourdough. My mom never bought Wonderbread or any of that crap. I'll eat white if I'm at someone else's house and there's no other options, but I prefer to avoid it. I like my bread to have some color (xD, food racism) and yummy oats, nuts or visible flecks of grain in it. I don't eat Health Nut anymore because that stuff is a bit high in calories (110 per slice) and has high fructose corn syrup, along with 95% of all bread I've seen at the store. I've found a couple yummy brands without corn syrup and without as many calories.

If I could, I would eat nothing but fruit and bread. I <3 them both so much.

Homemade is really good, too. My aunt used to make cinnamon bread before she got too busy with work. She still has the bread maker.. I should go borrow it. whee
Actually.. Homemade anything is better. I feel safe knowing what was put into it and that it was made with clean hands.

I really fussy when it comes to bread.... or carbohydrates in general.

I'll eat brioche, croissonts and baguettes. I really dislike packaged bread, white or wholewheat. I can't stand stuff like kingsmill, or hovis.
I only get bread that comes in those funny packets with the holes in. I love tiger bread, and this strange tomato and herb bread we get from the deli market. If I'm stuck with packaged bread, I'll have white. But I'll toast it, and smother it in marmite.

So yeah, If I like the bread, I love it. If not, I'll avoid it.

As you could probably guess from the first three breads I mentioned that I like, I love it when I go to France. They also have the most delicious bacon... And the cider is incredible, and the crepes, and the cheese, and pretty much anything else. It just completely wins over the food we get here.
