-Chyaku Norisu Scarf isn't required but it would be cool if you could fit it in whatever theme you are doing xd
-Price limit has to be between 100k-150k excluding the price of OMFG(also the Chyaku Norisu Scarf if you added that)
-Any skin tone you choose
-Any eyes you choose
-Doesn't have to have theme...can be random, but not cluttered.
