I'm pretty sure that's unknown to everyone except Kishimoto. All we know right now are their birthdays which are March 28 and July 23. I wouldn't believe me though because I'm usually wrong about this sort of thing...

Yes.
Team 7 starts out at age 12, so thus, Sakura, is in fact, older than Sasuke.

I was just confused because there are so many people that say Sasuke is 13 when it starts and 16 in Shippuden.

Yeah, technically Sakura older than Sasuke xD She was born on March something 27th i think?O___o and Sasuke birthday is on july 23(whoo, go julys! heart lol jk ) So in months she's older than him

Yes. She is.
It depends on the age break through the years, but Hinata is the youngest genin in December, so the break is on NewYears I guess.
Which would make Gaara the oldest, and Sakura older than Sasuke.
So Naruto is the youngest in Team Seven

I have seen a Naruto calendar on www.naruto-kun.com, I think? And Sakura is in fact the oldest girl genin in the series, so yeah, she's older than Sasuke.

Really everyone says that Sasuke is 13 and i think thats true since sasuke is a little more mature in the beginning of the series I don't know really its a guess maybe Sakura's birthday is after a year before sasukes confused and in the shippuden Sasuke left for about 2years and a half right so sasuke should be about 16 ,but for the people who says sasuke is 12 then sasuke should be 15 or 15 and a half in shippuden but it says that sasuke is 16 in shippuden so sasuke should be 13

It depends on your character. Sasuke is just stoic is all. And as everyone has said, Sakura is indeed older than Sasuke. Not that it should make any difference on how we view the pairing. <33

So by the time Part 2 comes around, Sasuke would be close to 16 ( Not quite 16 because he's only about 3 months older than Naruto, and Naruto is only 15 1/2 at the beginning of part 2 ) IN THE BEGINNING, though, all three genin are 12 years old. Making Sakura older than Sasuke.

Actually, since we don't know which month the series started, Sakura and Naruto could be possibly a year younger or Sasuke a year older than both of them. For example, if the story started at around April, it would make them all 12, but when July rolls around, Sasuke would be 13.
But that's just me and my wishful thinking. I dunno, but I prefer having the guy older than the girl. *gets hanged then shot*
