I go on gaia alot, soo, maybe having a place to write how many calories I eat a day, instead of on paper (which I always lose before the end of the day xd ) will help me. xd

I think actually exercising will be hard, I dont do it enough, and im a bit embarrassed to do it in front of people, Im getting a pedometer soon, so ill walk 10,000 steps and use it. For now, I think im going to ride my bike and things like that

    *Slowly chew my food, Ive noticed I eat my food rather quickly.

Wow, it came out perfect, weird eek
exercise
I tried to get some exercise in, just a short 30 min bicycle stroll, my pants got trapped in the bike so, I came in . -_-' Ill go again tomorrow, but this time with less baggy pant. XD

Notes to self:
Get skim milk, or 1% or something like that.

Ate a gronola bar (100)), I wasnt really hungry. xd

Uuggghh Midnight snacking, I found my mortal enemy, the longer I stay awake, the more prone I am. gonk I prob added another 500 calories...and I hardly ate anything. so to combat this im going to start my running. I think im going to be tougher about not eating after dinner. After I get up from the table no more eating. I feel bad now >.0. Oh well, Ill consider it my cheat

I didnt run like I said I will, well..not like I thought anyways. XD I played Ninja with my brother, so I was chasing him and his friends around the house. Whew, I was tired. XD Although..Im not sure how many calories you burn playing ninja but..im just going to guess around 100 might be a bit more or less than that.

Ugh, theres not much healthy things to eat in the house, were running out of food, and we cant go shopping for a few days.

Wow, first time Ive had coke in awhile. xd I stopped drinking it even before I went on a diet. We ordered pizza tonight and pizza just isnt the same without coke.
