I go on gaia alot, soo, maybe having a place to write how many calories I eat a day, instead of on paper (which I always lose before the end of the day xd ) will help me. xd calories per day1200 Exercise daysMon,tues,fri. before picture[x] current(I just started so my current is the same as my before XD) height5'3-5'4 weight184 first goal150 ultimate goal117 -------------------------------------- I think actually exercising will be hard, I dont do it enough, and im a bit embarrassed to do it in front of people, Im getting a pedometer soon, so ill walk 10,000 steps and use it. For now, I think im going to ride my bike and things like that
updates: *6/28-started journal! *crosses fingers* Notes to myself *Slowly chew my food, Ive noticed I eat my food rather quickly. *low fat/1% milk *Macoroni is LOADED with calories. X.X time to get a new side dish.

Breakfast Speacial K cereal-150 Milk-120 =270
lunch Shrimp-200? Someone opened the package right where the calories were written sweatdrop Green tea-80 =280
Dinner pork chops,corn,mashed potatoes. =650
Total =1200 Wow, it came out perfect, weird eek exercise I tried to get some exercise in, just a short 30 min bicycle stroll, my pants got trapped in the bike so, I came in . -_-' Ill go again tomorrow, but this time with less baggy pant. XD
Notes to self: Get skim milk, or 1% or something like that.

lunch Gronolla bar-100 I didnt feel to good, I went outside and its really hott. sweatdrop =100 snack 21 chips-170 =170 I feel a little bit better, so I ate a snack, to late to eat lunch, dinner will be ready in a few hours. diner Chicken-130 macaroni-400 (thats alot..) =530

lunch (I didnt skip breakfast, I woke up at 4 so I missed it xd ) Pancakes with syrup-480 Tea-180?, my grandma puts to much sugar in it.. =660 Dinner mashed potatoes-150? hamburger helper-175 green beans-22 green tea-80 =347 desert chips-85
Total=1172 Its prob a little more than that, Im not sure how much butter was in the mashed potatoes.

breakfast hard boil egg-152 Peice of toast-110 green tea=80 =342 lunch Mcchiken-431 There goes my one time to eat out a month. xd Dinner Ate a gronola bar (100)), I wasnt really hungry. xd Ate a few starbursts-no clue
total=atleast 11001600
Uuggghh Midnight snacking, I found my mortal enemy, the longer I stay awake, the more prone I am. gonk I prob added another 500 calories...and I hardly ate anything. so to combat this im going to start my running. I think im going to be tougher about not eating after dinner. After I get up from the table no more eating. I feel bad now >.0. Oh well, Ill consider it my cheat

breakfast Granola bar-100 green tea-80 =180 lunch Tuna sandwich-260 =260 snacks chips-170 =170 Dinner Hamburger helper=350 Green beans=35 =385 desert M&ms-350 Total=1345-100?=1245
exercise I didnt run like I said I will, well..not like I thought anyways. XD I played Ninja with my brother, so I was chasing him and his friends around the house. Whew, I was tired. XD Although..Im not sure how many calories you burn playing ninja but..im just going to guess around 100 might be a bit more or less than that.

Ugh, theres not much healthy things to eat in the house, were running out of food, and we cant go shopping for a few days. breakfast/lunch Granola bar-100 =100 Dinner Pizza-748 coke-100 =848 Wow, first time Ive had coke in awhile. xd I stopped drinking it even before I went on a diet. We ordered pizza tonight and pizza just isnt the same without coke.
Total=948 The pizza really filled me up. I prob wont be able to record my calories for the next few days, im going camping, Ill try my best to write it down though. whee

Woo, back from camping! I got ALOT of excersice in, on the second day I climbed down a mountain XD breakfast gronolla bar-100 lunch Lean cuisine meal/ shrimp-290
I dont know the rest, there was a storm so I coudnt turn on my computer, and I lost the paper I wrote it down on. confused

Total=400 Ok wow, severly low, Ill eat some snacks before the end of the day. xd
Edit: ok, I ate some popcorn and ice cream xd I actually think I went a tad bit overboard sweatdrop
