It doesn't really make sense... but it's a fictional series of directions to 538 objects that apparently 'must never come together.'
Each object is in the possession of a certain insane person or demon, a 'holder'. The holders are given names like 'The Holder of Time', 'The Holder of Purity', 'The Holder of Corruption', etc. It's not supposed to make sense or have an explanation, you're supposed to do it and find out what happens when the objects are brought together.

The stories on that page go up to 103..then 528, then 538.
Are there any more out there that they're missing or did their creator just get to lazy to actually write over 400 more?

It's written by a group of people who just volunteer to do it, the first one was made for fun and people just... added. It updates whenever someone decides to add.

Those are so crazy.I've heard like 3 of the stories.I only remember one though it was the one where you go to an insane asylum and tell them those things.Man I would so try to gather the materials if I wasn't too scared to.It was the holder of the end
